Sacrif's Ice by Mekuri
We were two members on the team, one with prior experience in gamedev, and one without. We were off to a late start, due to hangovers and such, so we didn't actually start until Saturday night. With all the bad excuses out of the way, here goes:
We decided to interpret the Theme with a bit of wordplay.
The premise is that you play as Sacrif, and your goal is to sell ice cream cones to make money. You get orders from the Customers and based on that use the different ingredients in the stand to build the cone. When you're done you give it to the customer, and the next guy in line walks up. When all customers are gone, you can spend your hard earned money on new ingredients.
For those interested, the original idea was to have purchasable upgrades, such as a less-rusty (or not rusty at all) counter. The original ice booth, is actually a hot dog stand, with the writing "Joe's Sausages" on it, which you were then supposed to 'upgrade' by removing the old branding (And the hotdog on the roof). These "upgrades" was intended as motivation for saving up money, as well as the ability to upgrade your equipment. Upgrades could also increase the appeal of your ice cream stand, thus resulting in more customers. Factors like hygiene were also thought as factors, that could affect the amount of customers generated. Other than that, we would also have liked to have done some voice acting, but due to poor management of time, and the late start, we simply ran out of time, and didn't get around to it.

You could improve greatly the experience by adding feedback when you take an ingredient.
For 3D characters and animations you can use Mixamo, which provide lot of assets with a nice quality for a game jam ;)

Also, why don't you put interaction on mouse click instead of "E" ?
