Might have been a bug, but I got multiple questions multiple times when playing through the game.

@Amatwiedle not exactly a bug but the current trivia pool is too small. Thanks for noticing. I will fix it in the near future.

Okay bug, i won and then i lost on purpose and both win/loose showed up. other then that it was cool. more scary stuff would be cool i saw one zombie walk by. maybe some whispering scary things when you make a wrong choice? i like that it got darker a little. that was good indication i made a bad move.

Interesting mix of game genres, good entry, could be imho a bit more scarying with more sounds or effects, keep up the good work

Neat idea here. Would be very interesting with some more sounds and scares. I found myself getting questions wrong to see what all your spooks are ^_^

@hankworx Yesssss!! It was originally supposed to! But we didn't expect people to know all the answers. If you knew the wrong answers you must have known the right ones.

Any suggestions on how the scares should be triggered are welcome!

In addition to ours, this is the only game I've seen so far with a trivia mechanic :)

Very cool game, I like the atmosphere and the fps horror/trivia mashup. Great work!

Nice job! pretty creepy! Was expecting a big scare at the end that would be a good spot for a Super death scare! I enjoyed playing this!

I won! I guessed the last two doors but it worked out somehow!

I got pretty spooked by the lighting and sound design choices. The background ambience and the door noises in particular had me scared. Whenever I was unsure if I got it right, walking through the door became a nerve-wracking experience, after all I couldn't know whether there was a jump scare waiting ahead or not. From what I gather from the comments, there weren't any jump scares in the game, but I didn't know that as a player, so I'd say the mood of anticipation was set perfectly. I also liked your take on the theme, it's the kinda thing that makes you snap your fingers and say "Of course". Great idea, great implementation!

@CaptainDreamcast There were a few jump scares but you have to get questions wrong to see them XD

I love the mood of it, especially because of the sound design (though some things sounded familiar ^^) and because it got gradually darker! Though I have to admit that I'm pretty bad at general knowledge type question ;_;

A scary and a very interesting game. This is one of the most interesting and well made games I have played in this LD. Well done.

I pass this game. It was too hard to recognize questions in the end when it becomes darker. But I enjoy playing this game.

@Kutase Thanks for the feedback. It was hard to adjust the lighting so it would appear right for everyone. I set up the lighting for my computers settings and brightness but didn't realize it would appear differently for others. Sorry about that.

Nice game! Some more sounds would be nice to make the game extra scary and more jump scares.

@arzi So we are already 3 groups with trivia games!

Wow I genuinely got chills when the whispering started... Great atmosphere! Would love to see a recap at the end of all the questions you got right/wrong.

You lose? Really? Surely you can do better for a main scare! You did quite well on most of them! The one on the penicillin question was pretty strong. I do wish you had made the player faster or the hallways shorter, because it was really rather boring just walking forwards the whole game.

Good job, and good luck!

Was expecting an entirely different game.. also was expecting some monster jump scares, but maybe I answered the questions correctly it didn't do anything. Anyways, neat mix of genres.. it got me to play till the end! :)

That was a very good idea to mix horror with quiz like game. Every time when i wasn't sure if my answer was correct, the suspense of going through the door and waiting for possible jumpscare was sure something. Once you get the wrong answer and see the jumpsacer, the suspense for next game is greatly diminished though. The game looks really good, definitely conveys this horror like atmosphere. Music was also pretty nice although it wasn't looping correctly which was kinda anti immersive. But in overall it's pretty cool game with excellent concept, well made.
