Somehow the game didn't run for me (windows). I launched main.exe but nothing happens.

The game is a little confusing. I didn't have much idea what I was supposed to do. Maybe some kind of guide/help file could be nice?

@jani-nykanen I wrote a tutorial on the LD page if you still want to try the game out

@sholf did the console pop up, or did nothing happen. You may have to run it out of the .zip file as well

This was a difficult game. Good Fun. Love the programmer art.

I feel I would have enjoyed it more if the controls were in a more comfortable position.

Overall well done :)

It looks like the game just doesn't support iGPUs for some reason, probably due to the minimum OpenGL version being 4.5

@shipshape-detour Yeah, the OpenGL version is 4.5. That's my bad.

It was ok, a bit confusing at first. Some feedback when you hold down the house keys would be nice.

I like that your concept is just about the most original I've seen yet in the compo. It works well with the theme. I didn't really enjoy the resulting gameplay though.

Found the control confusing. And it didn't fix the issues, I just ended up spening all my money, think I did something wrong.

I tried it five times but failed to get anything to happen. I read the instructions on itch but didn't have any luck. Thought I would let you know so you can improve on usability next time :)
Placing the instructions on screen would probably also have helped a great deal.

@simon-stalhandske the controls are best explained right here on the LD page.

Maybe I haven't got the key, but when there is one demand unsatisfied, the money drops very fast, and those demands appears a little too much, which makes it very hard to collect money above the safe line for an extra house. If it is really worse when there is more house, it would be too difficult for me.

I saved to 20,000, then pressed B to buy an extra house, but it bought *two* houses and I immediately lost :(.

The controls are incredibly frustrating, I would suggest:
* Just press the number once, don't need to hold it, highlight the house that's selected
* Show the letter required to be pressed to fix things
* Or, just allow clicking on them?
* Don't buy multiple houses if B is held down, just buy one per press

I was unable to get past 2 houses ^_^.

Money drops too fast before you get to understand how things work in the game. The lack of visual feedback also makes it a little difficult to tell if buttons are working. The control scheme could be simplified, lets say, put the buttons nearer to each other and put some kind alphabet in front of what the houses need. This makes it a bit less tedious to check out the controls everytime a new icon pops. The icons aren't so clear to what they are as well which add to the problems. This is a solid submission so good job on this.
