Love this! A bit too tricky to tell which key to press next for me, but great genre combo! Big fan of the Handsome Man!

This was awesome. Seriously, my favourite entry so far, and for a compo game, the presentation is fantastic! I struggled a bit at first, but I got the hang of it fast enough. I was actually ready to play more levels after that hand dude, but unfortunately I was denied by the limitations of the Ludum Dare. PLEASE continue this, for the good of man-kind! Brilliant game, dude :D

This one is GREAT! Such a good presentation and feel for a compo game! reminds me of earthbound.

Best game in the compo right here.

Ahhh I love this. Probably my favorite Compo game. You really combined the typing and rhythm genres perfectly, and I like the variety of speeds and modes. I was really impressed with the level of audiovisual variety and cohesion you pulled off too. The glitchy style is really consistent and I love the hands enemy.

If I had to give some constructive criticism, it was sometimes hard to tell which mode I was in (typing on beat or really fast). I only realized later that the metronome starts spinning when you're in the latter.

That was a blast! Agree with @Evan Minto that it was sometimes hard to tell the mode; I think the explanatory text that popped up on mode change was a little hard to read.

A typing game full of puns ... I have to *hand* it to you, very well done!

That was awesome. I wish I was a better typer so I could see the ending. I tried to bite the hand that feeds me, but it bit back...

This was a lot of fun. Great art and music. I laughed at some of the silly statements and I really enjoyed being able to type in a message to respond to questions.

This was very nicely done!

Edit - nice font choice also. Reminds me of Mr Saturns font from Earthbound.

Great job making the MOTHER of all rhythm typing games. Seriously, i love this game and you not only paid homage to some of the best games ever made, but you did it with class and style, and you totally nailed the theme. There is not a single problem with this game in my opinion. It's weird as hell, the backgrounds are insanely cool to look at, the music is absolutely sickening(in the good way). Also it's an incredibly under-played game--I thought i would see way more feedback. This is HANDS DOWN my favorite game i have played and will play for this jam. Thank you for making this, you deserve ALL the respect... Please make more.

Good music. Good effects. For a typing game I would have liked a font that was a bit easier to read but that's okay.

I'm sure it's easy to point out, and I sure gotta hand it to you, This was a wonderful game, and it was nowhere near the knuckle (I'll stop xD), the music was very well made and it had a great concept. I would love to see more stuff like this in the future :D

This is really fun. Now go polish it and make more levels. Which is to say, more puns.

The hands boss was pretty much the best thing I've ever seen, thanks for that. Really was sad to see that was the only enemy. The music and writing were great.

Very cool game! Lots of variety, well explained, intuitive interface, and tons of bad hand jokes. Art and music were neat - gave it a consistent and clear sense of style. Nice work!

That was strangely fun, however I was really bad at swapping from typing fast to typing to a beat... perhaps my keyboard makes too much noise, I probably should have used headphones :stuck_out_tongue:

Graphics are great and full of movement and do a great job mixing with the audio and assists with the beat.

Theme is great, I believe I've seen rhythm typing games before but it certainly is a rare combination, good job!

Overall really solid game, shame there wasn't more levels!

Ok I realized I was a little to tired to play this at full speed, but anyways. Design, effects and music are really polished. Even details like an animation to show the lifebar - beautiful. Shaders are nice too! Overall everything felt really polished, typing worked flawlessly. Improvements that could be made are a little countdown before fast typing phases so one can prepare and the timing display to be more prominent. Plus let me type in half or quarters too please, I made a lot of "mistakes" while being perfectly in beat. What I've seen in a similiar entry is that they lighted up the corners of the screen in beat which was easy to see while not distracting from the gameplay so maybe think about something like that. Good job on the entry!

Edit: There were quite a handfull of puns in there - nice.

Getting a major SMT feel from the music. And a bit from the way the perspective works. Pretty awesome overall. I kept wanting more fast typing parts after those rhythm sections.

By far the best game I've played in here. I absolutely love the humor, the gameplay, the visuals. I wish there was a better way to tell which of two modes is being played at the moment. The game is still playable in winnable, it's just that that info would save some frustration. Maybe differently colored letters for two modes, for instant recognition? Anyway, fantastic game!

Looks, feels and sounds awesome! Also the humor is quite nice. Although I'm neither good at rhythm nor typing games, I enjoyed this a lot. Good job overall!

Really good, one of the best I've seen so far, although I'm not actually that good at this type of game. Very impressive music for a 48 hour project. Great job!

Hot diggity damn! That was a fun expirience. Great tracks with distinct rhythm, so you can easily follow the beat. And character design is just perfect! I only wish there were more levels. I hope you would continue the development of this game in the future.
