Fun game! The sound effects reminded me of the worms games.

Cute little game! The little "buddy" (buddies?) look and sound adorable. Physics (namely friction) are a bit floaty for my taste, but not bad.

All that I can say negatively is that it's not especially creative. There's been a ton of "sacrifice your body to make a platform" games this LD.

Short but addictive, I couldn't drop it until the end. Graphics and audio are super cute. My only complaints are the physics of the jump (you can't make a short hop) and the slippery collisions. The rest is super nice, keep on going :)

Thanks for all the comments. We will probably take 2 or 3 days to make a better version after the jam is over. More levels, better art and better physics.

Really good idea, and super cute graphics and music. The controls made the game a bit too difficult. Overall a fine LD game. And it is super great to see this kind of game made with UE4.

Super cute game! You were right we both basically arrived on the same mechanics :p This game felt well executed and polished. One thing I'd say is that at some points it was difficult due to the touchy platforming controls, but overall it was a really nice experience :)

So hard! And so hard to stop playing!

Loved it, and I hesitate to ask for any convenience features, since I think that anything that makes it easier might well take away some of the ruthlessness that contrasts so nicely with the aesthetic, but I think a few tweaks might make for a genuinely more enjoyable experience.

First, I'd LOVE a short hop here. Being able to control the height of my jump would make dodging SO much less frustrating, and let me position my buddies more quickly and easily.

Second, I'd like just a bit more friction. A handful of times, I was just beginning to celebrate a seemingly-perfect jump only to slide over and off. Maybe this is just an issue of taste, but I feel like the game has enough challenge going on without the added unexpected deaths due to sliding.

Gorgeous art. Great sound. Would recommend.
