I think your weapon bar runs out way too fast. I felt i was pressing space an awful lot with nothing happening. I get that its a trade off between avoidance and shooting, but i don't think the balance is quite right. Controls are easy to pick up, but the extreme power system was surprising and messed up the first few games. Recharge was maybe a bit slow, but it certainly did increase the intensity. The description of your game says to sacrifice time for energy, but I have no idea how to do this. Could have used more explaining.
