Also - when the game was over, being forced to quit was annoying! It's like you don't want me to play it again!?!
Character control I will admit needs alot of work - I am thinking just one analog stick for movement where the Cats will rotate automatically and move to wherever the joystick/mouse keys go.
I initially went with the chunky world for a style effect, although a flat world would definitely be more feasible!
I found that the Quit button was a bit too harsh, I have added a restart in the new release!
Thanks for your time  Your input is greatly appreciated!
At first I died on character select screen. Really - I pressed A and red cube falled out of the screen. I launched the game second time and this was the only time when the game worked - third and fourth times I wasn't able to run the game because nothing happened when I pressed "Play" or anything else! It was very frustrating.
I didn't like the art in the intro. Was it made in Paint? We are all non-professionals in here, but I think you should be more patient and draw better pictures.
I'm sorry to say all of that, I didn't want to be rude or smth like this, I do respect every developer in here - you just need to polish you product better and to spend more time on it! Patience is the key!
Good luck!
Addressing your experience with my game, I never realised the characters could move on the character select screen  That was really not intentional.. :cold_sweat:
Paint was an intentional art decision I made with the game, although I will now admit that it takes 'non-professional' to the next level and there are much better programs to use for this kind of work.
Since the Jam, I have been getting further into Blender, Krita, and FL Studio in order to create better assets for my games! Hopefully this realises into a greater experience for my players
Thanks again for your time and feedback, it really does make a difference to my work!
