I was never able to win, but I could get pretty close with a very simple pattern. Skip the first few turns until I can research, then fix all the problems with the middle option. Then keep fixing with the middle option until only 2-3 sections are red. Skip until research then go back to the start. This could get me anywhere from 50-80% completion. I think balancing the game is limited by the time you had so its understandable for there to be exploits. I think some sound, even some clicks when pressing buttons would have made the game feel much less flat. I liked the overall visual style of the game, but you had some layer issues with the UI that would put the panels in front of the text you were trying to show.
