Haha I kept accidentally killing the guest instead of registering them.

Well done! Would have liked the interact button to be something easier to reach with my left hand, like the space bar, so i could keep my right hand on the mouse while trying to find a place to dump the bodies, but the idea, design, and overall execution (haha) is great!

I loved this GAME!!!!!!! It was super fun to hide the bodies when people are looking around the corner haha. Great job, and I really think this will be the winner of the JAM! Great job guys, maybe my audio was out but I couldn't hear anything. I think some funny sound effects could have been used. Let me know if there is supposed to be audio :)

Wow, the art is so gooood! How much time did this take you?? I love how stylized everything was and the lighting made it feel very polished. Also I appreciated the slight variations in the guests' designs. It seemed like the guests moved in interesting ways too, reacting to things and not just randomly wandering around. Ahh so amazing haha! :) I kind of wish I had a better idea of where the trash chutes were, I think there was one that was hard to see and I accidentally found it by walking into it while holding a guest's body :0 maybe if there was a key I could hold down to show some visuals for where the chutes are? Anyway, aghhh this game feels so fleshed out and looks amazing, really glad I found it and hope you get more ratings!!

@paragonraptors totally agree, thanks for the suggestion. We'd have liked to have more mouse movement and zoom which would have made more sense with the current controllers.

@beanslasher thank you very much! I'm not sure if it's good enough to be the winner but it makes us so happy to receive these comments :)

Sadly there is no audio in the game...

@judy-kim thank you! All art was made by @ja-viera. Everything was made from scratch in 2 days by 2 people. We started Friday night and finished it Sunday night (we had to go to work on Monday). I'm glad you appreciated the guests behaviour, they actually do "interact" with the environment. There is definitely a lot of polish we would've liked to make but we didn't have enough time. Highlighting chutes was part of the list.

This was great fun! I killed so many guests! I like that its very easy to understand what to do, what your objective is, and how to play.

When I read the game decription and it said "dispose" of the guests to make more room, I just thought "interesting", but didn't think about what that really meant. Then when I got to playing and ran out of room and saw the "kill" command come up I had a revelation of sheer wonder!

Great game, great art, and funny concept! Good work!

Incredible work you guys!! I'm so amazed at how much you were able to accomplish! Chasing down witnesses was fun :) Was there a counter for how much money you were making or something? Not sure how to measure success. Still, super impressed with the art and game mechanics!

This game is very funny. A killer hotel is something frightening in movies, but in this game, the killer is so cute. Great idea for the theme.

that was a cool entry! i like your take on the concept a lot, and it was definitely challenging trying to kill and dispose of bodies while checking guests in and not being caught. it took me some trial and error to figure out i could move corpses and drop them in the garbage chute. my guests didnt seem to appreciate a lobby full of bodies

Wow, that is an interesting take on the theme! I didn't expect that I had to make room in this way. ;)
I played a few times till I got the hang of it and scored 48. I liked how I could chase the alarmed guests to try to stop them. The hotel looks very nice with all the furniture and lights! I would have liked some more visual clue that I checked in a guest, it was a bit confusing in the beginning if my click actually did something. Also the disposal bins were a bit hard to find. I tried several tactics: having only a very few guest so that I could easily kill them and dispose them, or having a lot of guests and killing them in their rooms, and later cleaning them up. The door of the room up-stairs on the right seemed to be open and a corpse in that room unexpectedly alarmed other guests in the hall. I liked how the guests walked around the hotel. Very well done!

Murdering innocents hasn't been this fun since the sims 3... What you did that too.
Anyway, good game! Never felt like there was any need to book in guests quick, maybe I didn't notice... But it was well fun murdering people right after they booked in. MUSIC, would have been nice but hey... what can you do. And SFX but again.. what can you do. Great game, bit more polish and wabang you got yourself a good distraction for half hour or so

I really enjoyed this game. The controls are smooth and the graphics are great. I really thought it was a fun concept. I think sound effects and music of some sort would have made it much better. Overall I think the theme requirement was met. Keep it up!

Love the art! great characters, lighting, texturing, environment, and UI. It's a shame I didn't hear any sounds. Gameplay-wise, the guest AI felt pretty good and realistic. As it is, I would have added a timing thing where you have to move in a certain number of people per minute or so. Overall, sans audio, some of the best presentation in the jamp. With the charm to boot!

I was pretty stealthy until one running witness quickly spiraled into a small hotel rampage with bodies rolling everywhere. Shame there's no audio - I imagine it would be funny to hear something like a Willhelm Scream every time a guest started running away.

I had fun though and I think the scope is impressive. Good job getting the mechanics, AI and all this art done on time!

Wonderful game. I liked the art and concept!
I guess I even found a tactic how to play this game veeeeeery loooong.
Simply killing everyone at the hall, before registration
