Nice work! I found it very relaxing, the music was nice and the calligraphy pen effect that the digging leaves behind is particularly nice to look at. your interpretation of the theme through the gradual progression of the window size was brilliant. I didn't try the postcompo release, but in your official release I collected all the green pellets and knocked down all the accessible apples and the game crashed. is that where the ending would have been? your post says the compo version is bugged but does not say how. some clarification on that point would be appreciated.

I noticed the credits mention several people, and accredit the music to incompetech. this contradicts your submission to the Compo, as the [rules](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/rules) state that compo is for single person attempts. you should switch your game category to "JAM" ASAP.

The linux build opens and goes to the start menu screen, but after that it doesn't respond to the mouse input.

Played on a Mac. When I started the game the window went from fullscreen to windowed mode and was very small in the upper left corner, if I maximized it would go back to the small window when I picked up a green thing. I also could run off the screen with the ladybug. As the other post said, this should be a Jam entry as multiple people worked on it.

This isn't a COMPO game since multiple people have participated in creating it. Otherwise it was a really original idea that I would like to see more of! Great work! But please switch to the JAM...

I really liked the growing mechanic, it's the kind of experimental thing I really enjoy out of Jams. That said, the whole thing got a bit repetitive as the game progressed.

The growing of the screen was cool, and it was a really smooth experience, right up untill my ladybug got stuck on a leaf and 5 seconds later the game crashed :( Quite original idea and a real relaxing feel to it.

Very cute and soothing graphics and music. And as others said before, rather relaxing. The digging vs the ladybug view was kind of nice too, the growing screen is a great idea.

Nice entry, the screen becoming larger was a nice touch. However, the platforming was a little too slippery and there is no real end goal other than filling your screen. Overall well done.

@badram, @benbennett, @cogcomp:
Sorry for putting it in the wrong category, I'm blaming it on me being really tired, it was very late here in Sweden when we finally managed to submit. Can't find a way to change it but have asked Mike Kasprzak to help me move it.

@benbennett it is supposed to go to windowed mode, the fullscreen mode at the start is just a hack to get it in the top left corner in OSX.

Thanks for the feedback @drmargarido will see what I can do to fix it.

@occultone, @khorm, @zondarg, @gamechoy:
Thanks for playing our jam game :)

This is why i love jams ... in a normal game creation setting this would have never been created because no one would buy it and no one is able to tell why he would be interested in this.

But it is great playing it ... first i was confused why the game went out of fullscreen and then i collected the first ... uhm ... seeds? :D ...

The detail of the world is amazing too. All these little bugs doing ... nothing exactly but they are there and support the atmosphere.

Once again ... great entry ... it was fun playing it.

The idea of making the screen bigger surprised me. Working on the movement bugs would make this game so great.
Good job anyway!

Neat interpretation of the theme. The window resizing was cool. Gameplay was very simple and relaxing.

Digging is always a fun game mechanic, especially when it leaves a trail behind you. The ladybug controls were less satisfying: I kept getting stuck on branches and eventually managed to jump and fall out of the world.

I didn't like the art very much. The individual parts were fine, but they were very inconsistent when put together. Big pixel art dirt, oddly realistic sky background, and hand-drawn bugs walking around. I would rather see a game that just sticks to one art style.

The music was ok, but it seemed like a very short loop, and it felt very repetitive by the time that I had almost eaten all the green dots.

That ladybug is fast as hell! I can't say that I follow the decision to make the game in such small window, but I very much enjoy the idea of a relaxing game.

Hi, I use GNU/Linux fedora x84_64 and I am stuck in the main menu. Nice music :p![Capture d'écran de 2017-05-17 02-36-13.png](///raw/fbf/z/46cb.png)

Linux user here with more problems: I didn't even get the start screen, it was all black. But at least I got music! Too bad, it seemed nice!
