In the end I just needed to get it done, and a lot had to be cut.\nTIC-80 is basically just a free version of PICO-8. It's fun to use, but since all of your code has to be on the same page, it turns into spaghetti really quickly. I played this for multiple rounds, I like how accessible it is.\n\nI have not used either TIC-80 or PICO-8 so I have no idea how they actually work and what they offer in what quantities (other than what you already told about having the code on one page on TIC-80). But some more enemies and music would have gone a long way to keep me going for even longer.\n\nAll in all, it's a great entry. Getting combos is the best feeling about this game.\n\nWould have been nice, if you get a little energy refresh after defeating an enemy. It got really hard, as they become stronger over time.\n\nI like that there is the additional purple card, after defeating some enemies. It feels like leveling up or something. \n\nThe only thing missing is an epic boss battle soundtrack.
