I really really like the graphics! I feel like this game could of benefited having a timer and maybe limit the time even more to really make you scramble! i didnt understand what i had to do at first and just kept clicking randomly but once i figured out you had to grab items and vandalize it was really fun :D

I couldn't get left click to work... but the graphics are nice, maybe a bit too much bloom :)

nice idea, took me a minute to figure out I had to find items to destroy the valuable stuff instead of interacting with the valuables themselves, but especially smashing the golden statue with the katana was a lot of fun ^^
And to be honest it felt a little bit like an unreal engine showcase, maybe a little bit more focus on the gameplay instead of graphics would have been nice

The left mouse button didn't work for me, so I just walked around and appreciated the beauty of the game.

The music was nice, until it started looping.

This is really nice-looking, and trying out all of the vandalism techniques on all of the pieces of art was fun! I feel like I don't understand enough about tax to do well, though. Only one combination scored me a C. Everything else I tried netted me an F!

I like this game. Unique and funny premise, and excellent graphics. I grinned to myself each time I destroyed something incredibly valuable.

The movement is a bit sluggish, I wish it was more responsive. Overall a very nice experience and I'm glad I played it.

A graphically very nice experience, shattering items looked really good and reminded me of my LD38 entry (with Voronoi shatters).

Keep up the good work!

Cool game! I really like how you can use all(?) items on all objects. The game looks great and the music fits perfectly. I don't get the timer. It only ticks down when you do something making it seemingly unnecessary. The mouse input smoothing combined with the low FOV and extrem motion blur made it a very nauseating experience for me sadly. There are quite a few of us that are sensitiv to this sort of stuff and it might be something to think about next time. :)

Thanks a lot for your feedbacks! We are glad that you enjoyed the time spent playing our game! We can work on a post submission version now.

The issue about the left click not working mentioned by @greg & @andreas-ragen-ayal may be due to the fact that we didn't provide enough informations in-game. If not, please let us know more about how to reproduce.

As pointed by @likirus, there is 5 objects to pickup (interact with) and 5 valuables to alter (requiring a different amount of time). Each combination has a feedback. There is a cursor color change if you can interact with an object but maybe too subtle.
Also, we did focused on being able to deliver on time quality graphics and complete features. We will do better next time hopefully.

As mentioned by @giraffecat, the ranking system isn't clear enough. We didn't have the time to implement the audit phase that would have been helpful to illustrate the notation mechanisms.
Actually, there is 5 grades: S, A, B, C and F. S is the only ONE way to alter the valuables and be able to keep the money (minus alteration devaluation).

@le-american, @iamsodarncool, @asellio, @6smith, @zgragselus : thank you for your kind words

Stay tuned for updates

I was also at first under the impression that no button was working and found the info that i'm clicking on the wrong things here in the comments. Maybe it would help a lot if there was one pretty big colorful interactable object in the first room so you would be tempted to check it. The first room has only small interactable items that you aren't noticing at first.

Really nice use of soft rendering and bloom, looks very polished. Text could use a hand, but the timecrunch never brings out the best writers in us. :)

A good game ! I take a little time to figure out the controls (I don't have access to internet when I test the game) but after getting the sabre, I understand that I should use object with other object.
And it became really fun ! The color help to understand what can be done, and the resulte are quitely fun, I was really curious about all the combinaison that can be made !
THe overall idea was great

In the end : your game is fun to play !! (I finish with a B, never above, unfortunatly)

A stunning looker, the unread engine is good for something, although at 1.12 gigs the executable is on the heavy side for a short entry like this.

A solid puzzle it turned out to be too. Doesn't quite hit the theme as once you know where all the items are and start experimenting with combinations the timer completely loses its purpose. The wrong choices are funny, for some reason I love burning the Stradivarius, but most of the correct combinations don't exactly make sense.

**Spoilers:**
!> The golden statue is still golden when brandished with a towel. It looks like a mannequin, but the tax wolves would not be fooled. Burning a Fabergé egg and painting a Stradivarius would utterly ruin their value, so the tax savings aren't worth it. The Ming vase solution is quite spot on; It does look like a tacky 10€ flower pot! Paintings don't lose their value when deframing, so that's fine too.

Had some laughs with this one. Good work!
