Just finished this promo of _Infernus_. =) Simple and polished game! The only thing is that the font in speech bubbles is way too small when there are a lot of text, but who really cares about text playing a game about boobs, huh? =)

Some of the text was too small to read. I also had all the upgrades purchased before the second challenge of the school so $ became useless pretty quick. Would have be nice to see how much time is left before the power ups recharge.

Haha, lately I've played a lot of Roblox with my children and they love games where you just click to grow/evolve - I try to join them but a few hundred clicks in my patience runs out :)

Hey there. I remember you from Infernus (don't think I'll ever forget about it). Glad to see that there's some branching going on and trying new stuff.

First off, congratulations on making it to the jam. The art is great and, since I'm a sucker for clicker games, I wanted to give this one a shot. It's solid and functional, but it really doesn't try to add too much to the everexpanding genre of clicker games. This bothers me because even on it's roughest form, Infernus seemed more ambitious.

I'm not sure how I feel about the mix of genres though. There's not much romance nor abuse. Because of the nature of the clicker, I often ended up clicking so much that I skipped a lot of dialogue. Some sort of warning or pop up around could be welcomed on future iterations if they do happen.

All in all, it's a very solid entry, but compared to the Infernus it's promoting, this one is far more bland. Y'all capable of doing something memorable. [My team](twitter.com/whalesandgames) is eager to see more from you in the future (in the case of @jorgegamedev, *way* too eager). See you next time! :whale:

lol only NSFW game I've come across in the jam so far. Good artwork and humorous dialogue! The experience reminded me of back to when I was a kid playing those old strip poker games except now I feel like at least 2x as much of a creep lmao good job guys!

Love the lewd aspect, not many adult themes for over 3000 game entries. Sadly can't get the final outfit, 10,000 waifu bucks is too much in 10 seconds. The text wrapping was a bit too small for the speech bubble at times, but this is definitely my kind game!

I don't get it, if the point is to see a nacked chick and have pains in the wrist and hand, why bother with a gaming application ? Can't old-fashioned onanism do the trick ?

Just kidding, it's a nice entry, well done !

Kinda cool, you should add a time between clicks to prevent use of hacks. And I'm disappointed because the game has no end

@Moski When working on Infernus last time, we were pretty stretched thin and felt like we didn’t get it completed to our satisfaction. This time, several members of our team were busy over parts of the weekend, so we decided to keep our scope small. Hopefully next time we’ll be able to produce something a little bit more flashy :D

Gameplay wise it is a bit monotone (well it's a clicker game, duh.)
Graphics are pretty good and the writing is also quite funny.

Overall pretty solid. Well done.

Ok, so this is a standard cookie clicker game with a twist. Very funny lines from the girl, and very cute hand-drawn graphics, I like it

IMO this doesn't really combine two incompatible genres, even though I understand your argument. Anyway, well done!

Funny, I liked the breaking of genre aspect of this. It was really fun.
However I wasn't sure, what I was supposed to do, and after a while she no longer responded to me, and it got a bit boring.

I mean, for a clicker game it offers more reward than most others, in that things actually HAPPEN. That's a few stars for innovation right there.

The game is obviously nsfw and there is nothing wrong with that. I think the mechanics of gathering followers and training to impress the waifu works well, you could probably expand it with a more indepth story of college life to make the gameplay a bit more complex. I like the text bubbles and as others have said the text is sometimes too small to read, also as the gameplay is mostly spamming clicks I would try to make sure the player doesn't miss a piece of dialogue while spamming click (happened during one of the challenges). Interresting title though, well done!

I couldn't get it to work in Chrome. I had to run it in MS Edge to get it to work, otherwise I just had a light blue screen, no images.

Once I did get it to run I was able to play it through. Not too bad, but as others have said the text gets way too small. Also, full screen would have been nice ;)

Nice idea, but a tad too simple.

I missed having the cooldown time of my skills so I could plan when to use them. I miss having a better progression of upgrades, specially when I reached max upgrades quite early and still had to wait for the dialogue to start.

I think the idea is there, the art is nice, but it lacks a lot on game design, polishment and player feedback. A game can't carry itself just on being NSFW.

Great effort, though! I have the impression you'd have fixed all my complaints if you had more time to work on it.

Nice one - it's good to have diversity in LD games :P
I encountered one minor bug with the third outfit on beach - my abilities got stuck on cooldown and the dialogue wouldn't open to offer me the challenge and then it opened when I clicked the ability on cooldown :D

I think if you had appropriately tagged it as a "romance" and "idle", more people would be willing to play it. "Abuse" isn't a genre and the combination unfortunately reads as clickbait for "oh, look at this edgy game".

Even if we are to assume that "abuse" is somehow a genre, "Abuse" doesn't make much sense because the verbal abuse comes from the Waifu and the clicking doesn't really feel like abuse because there's no feedback for it and the clicking "abuse" actually benefits the Waifu (up to a point), so thematically the word "abuse" also doesn't make sense, hence it reads more so like clickbait for sensationalism.

As for the game, I am glad it is labeled NSFW and has a censor option. I played with the censor off but it's nice to know these considerations are taken into account even for game jams. Personally, I am not a fan of the "idle" game genre, so the clicking mechanic, like in cookie clicker (although in cookie clicker the game still runs when the tab isn't active), didn't personally appeal to me. However, I could clearly label the genre right away, so obv that speaks well for the mechanics. Overall, I think this is a fine waifu idle romance game, which is why it's unfortunate that the labeling is such a turn off.

Great game! I played to the end, and I feel kind of ashamed...

Completely kidding though. The idle clicker genre is fantastically addicting, and I didn't think I would see it combined with NSFW content. The art was quite good. While I'm not 100% sure about the "abuse" and "romance" mixture, I think it came out pretty funny. I thought it would have been good to know when the next "milestone" was coming up. I thought it was random at first, but it seems to be related to the number of waifu bucks you currently have.

Good work!

Feedback for clicks! naked chick! i dont think @GanonsSpirit played it right?

Great game. not sure how it tied into the two genre theme. but i guess i get it. your last game was a little darker but i remember playing it last jam as well. Keep up the NSFW games. You are a brave team to do this for a jam.

I do think this could have benefited from more immediate feedback to clicks, like a little bit of animation, or a dollar (sorry, sorry waifubucks) amount right where you clicked, but it is a pretty fun & funny game. I like that've actually actually kind of got two approaches to the theme. Like narratively you've got the opposites of romance and "abuse", but maybe also the gameplay genres of dating sim and clicker game. Art is good, which is important for a game like this of course!

5 stars! When I was challenged to earn waifu bucks in 10 seconds and saw an upgrade that I could afford, I felt competent. If you continue to develop this, when the jogging outfit changed, I wasn't aware what had triggered that.
