A great game, and after adding the aspect that you are 14-years-old makes the game even better. I love the game, and it has a great objective. It was hard to understand the first time I played, but the second time it was perfectly understanded.

I am also a very young developer (I am 13). I have been coding since I was 9-years-old. I primarily develop in JavaScript. You can check out my stuff at [https://cameronsamuels.com](https://cameronsamuels.com).

Good luck!

Congratulations on your first LD; this is my first one too. This is kind of a difficult game. I definitely wasn't ready for the different types of inputs required. I definitely felt a sense of the theme - with the more different types of inputs required, and with the bits needed. Your game has a consistent look and sound to it. Nicely done.

It looks really good, the UI is great !!
But switching from mouse to keyboard all the time is not that fun.
I can see a cool wario ware like game with this look.

Congrats on your first LD. Overall, great game except for those sounds because it's kinda heartache if play your game with headphone.

I enjoyed the entry overall. I liked especially the variety of challenges and the retro theme. Some of the UI was annoying ie having to click into input boxes and the console's slow typing speed, but these were quality-of-life issues - the core of the game was a solid, albeit short experience. The game was fun. I scored you a medium number of points for innovation, mostly because of how you applied existing challenges to the theme. Use of the theme was OK but it could have been clearer on why the number of points you need keeps changing and why everyone gets so many lava lamps. Graphics were great and the two-tone thing set the mood well. Sound effects were appropriate, but a bit annoying (try less attack maybe?) and I like music, too. Some attempts at humor were nice. So in summary, well done on your first entry! Congrats.

Nice game! I can totally see what you are trying to go for! I really liked the sound effects.

I did find a few glitches, but they are bound to be there (it's a jam). Overall, great job!

I like the fact that you are making games at the age of 14 years. I myself am 13 years and my first LD was LD38.

Now, for the sad part :pensive::
Very sadly, I have not participated in this LD. So I can't rate your game. But I will try to promote it.

The golden yellow environment looks nice. There is something interresting in that (stupid) race against the timer. However, I have had one issue : it is annoying to have to click the textbox to get the focus on it (at least in the web version).
But that's an interresting idea.

I enjoyed playing your game! My strategy was to keep the mouse in the same position (above the text input box) and keep spamming the mouse button, so that I also selected the input box when necessary. ;)
The game could benefit from autofocus on the input box. I got till 56 bits, but the number of bits required also always went up, so I am not sure if there is an end to this game. ;) I liked the start-sound, but the other sound was a bit too much to hear every time.
Congrats on your game!

Cool idea, the different variants of jobs you have to do are nerve wrecking :D

I don't really understand the timer, it seems to go multiple times, and the amount of bits you have to collect goes up and up. I don't think there's a different present than a lava lamp ;-)

I think it doesn't really match the theme, but that doesn't matter too much.

Congrats on a great first game!
