Moon base is the last bastion of humanity. And you're an ace pilot of earth's last tank battalion.
There's still hope. If you somehow defeat the Jelly Alien's leader, Giant Shark Jelly, Invasion would halt.
But Beware! Even a slight touch with a Jelly Alien is leathal. Try not to get caught in a swarm of Jelly.

One thing I would say is that I don't like the ~5 seconds at the start where there's nothing. Being able to die in 1 hit means that rounds can be very short, and that ~5 seconds at the start gets a bit tedious after the first time. The other thing I'd say is maybe provide some more detailed stats about weapons. I died in the second wave because I bought the mortar, not realising how slow it was.
Overall, though, brilliant game!

Art is very nice)
I really liked how the better weapons had larger cars attached, so it was harder to dodge. Made it feel like there was some element of choice. I personally enjoyed staying with the mini gun and maxing firerate. Other than that, really nice art and sound, overall a great entry.
One other thing though. Putting the player back at the start of the game when they die is a bold move for a game jam, where lots of people probably aren't going to have the patience to replay the entire thing when they die once.
Other than that though, great job!
One thing that bugged me - the difficulty curve is off. First level was super hard (it took me almost 10 tries to get it), second level was easier because I got a better weapon, but once I got the plasma gun the levels became not challenging at all. Anyway, really cool concept and implementation!
