Work, Play, or Sleep is a game about trying to find the balance of life. Keep your family member's stats (food, happiness, strength, and sleep) at decent levels.

Use your mouse to navigate. Click on items from Sal's shop, and then onto a family member to purchase it.

Once you believe your family is happy and healthy, select what you'd like each family member to do that day, and then press "Begin Day".

(Aware of a bug that sometimes causes the camera to not switch to showing the daily tasks after you press Begin Day, as well as the fact that the game isn't very balanced at the moment.)
