Something that probably could have been done within the time of the Jam is to replace the defeat 4 bosses part with more grinding. That's why you let the game calculate as much as possible on their own, instead of writing everything by hand (e.g. MAXHP=40+(level*10)). Like that you can add more and more content without much effort, which is what you want when you have limited time to program. The graphics are nice and probably took some time, but are also inconsistent. It's better to keep it simple and reuse sprites.
