The movement feels nice and the way the walls show up looks interesting as well. The writings were fun to read. Art style is consistent.\n\n**The Bad:**\nWithout sound the world feels empty and dead (in a bad way) - next time, add some crappy 5-minute sound effects. It would make the game a lot more fun. Don't sacrifice things if the spell isn't actually castable on something (ie. not a door). Minor UI scaling issues that caused much of the text to be off-screen.","likes":0,"format":"md"}],"format":"md","images":["ld43\/125620-02577c64f553cb2e5dcac41cf6e54fc1.png"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/github.com\/Soupstraw\/LD43","text":"Shockk"},{"url":"https:\/\/soupstraw.itch.io\/rituals-and-stuff","text":"Other (platform)"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"51718","g_author":"1009861","g_event":"LD43","g_eventkey":"71","g_subevent":"COMPO","g_urlkey":"250934","g_title":"Rituals and stuff","g_status":"USEAR3","g_place":"99999","g_commentcount":"1","g_site2_node_id":"125620","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":{"n_key":"125620","n_urlkey":"250934","n_parent":"120415","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/43\/rituals-and-stuff","n_slug":"rituals-and-stuff","n_type":"item","n_subtype":"game","n_subsubtype":"compo","n_author":"9861","n_created":"1543461471","n_modified":"1543810032","n_version":"387119","n_status":"COMMIT"},"node":{"id":125620,"parent":120415,"superparent":9,"author":9861,"type":"item","subtype":"game","subsubtype":"compo","published":"2018-12-03T00:48:50Z","created":"2018-11-29T03:17:51Z","modified":"2018-12-03T04:07:12Z","version":387119,"slug":"rituals-and-stuff","name":"Rituals and stuff","body":"Controls: \n * WASD for movement\n * LMB for picking items up and opening doors\n * RMB for casting rituals\n\nTo cast a ritual, you have to select the correct item from your inventory\n\nThis is my first ever failed LD entry.
