@hadesfury @mr-matt Sorry about that - I forgot to set the itch.io page to public! Please try the link again.

This one has a very cool art style, graphics and concept. But, unfortunately, it lacks sound effects.
Anyway, this is a pretty good sci fi-shooter for a quick play. Great job!

Looks stunning! Reminds me of Geometry Wars, a game I sunk too much of my time into when I was a kid
Would have liked to hear some sound effects for the shots and hits though, seems a bit strange without them
Feels a bit too zoomed in too, felt a little unfair sometimes when enemies jolted on screen and took a life
Enjoyed playing this though and definitely would be a game I'd play more of with a bit more development

Loving the aesthetics and music here. The gameplay is super smooth. I wish the bits you picked up when you defeat enemies did something, like power up your shots, a special, or gave health back. I had an enemy spawn on top of me at one point, as I'd moved around beforehand, but it wasn't terrible.

I think with a bit more polish and further development, this could become a great game to release fully!

Really liked the game! Has a great mood. The only thing is that the aim is slow and, as @bbaf said, it lacks some sound effects. But I like it overall.

Really cool graphics, loved the wave on the scenario and the effects you achieved with the bloom and the lights. The gameplay was ok, a little slow for a shooter like this, but fun to play.

the art style and VFX are Amazing, wish SFX and was a good tho it would have made the game more fun to play. the gameplay is nice its get harder with time but I guess a wave goal will be a nice addition since it took me a while to figure out that their minion spawns somewhere in the map that I need to destroy. also, the game starts to lag a little bit after wave 3, I guess that because of my old laptop tho. great job. thank you for making that game ^^

The game is truly amazing especially the visual aspect. I rushed to click the itch.io link as soon as I saw the cover image. There one bug (I think it is a bug) where the game went to black and white then totally black during the game. I initially thought it was a temporary visual effect, but I had no way to recover from it. Anyway, it is a great game. Good job.

Amazing graphics! I missed some sound effects to match them and the music.

I love these shooter games and the controls on this one were really smooth, even if I had the impression that it moved faster depending on the direction.

With a bit of polish I'm sure it could almost feel like a finished game I'd be paying for. Congrats!

You might want to list the Linux build on this page even though it's the same link as the Windows one.

The graphics are stunning and the music and sounds create a really nice atmosphere. The enemies were a little easy to kite around once I got used to them (seeing the giant one on wave 4 was a nice surprise though). After playing for a little while I stopped taking any damage even if I just sat still and let them attack me.

Nice entry! It looks really good, nice art style there! :D Loved the trails when the blocks follow you, that feels great! The ground looks cool as well, but it feels a bit too much after some time, like you get dizzy ahah
A bit more feedback when you hit/get hit and destroy an enemy would have make it feel even better (like a bit of screenshake). :D And actually I didn't really get what was the use of the bars in the top right hand corner :x But still, great entry, congrats! :)

Awesome graphics, and music, very well done. Game is pretty easy and short for now, but for the jam that's a complete and playable game. Nice job! I hop u'll continue this project !

This looks really aces, 5 stars!
However the game feels like its lacking feedback, with no (edit: very minimal) SFX , and enemies seem to be a little hard to dodge as they spawn in random spots and move quite fast. Not sure how the theme figures in this one as well (the more levels you have, the worse it is?

very nice game, the music and graphics play well together also the wave movement of the ground is a very neat touch. moving over the platform is intended? also what do the particles do that I can collect, do they have any impact?

Not just audio you're missing some cues for when you git enemies that don't die with one shot. There's no audio nor visual effect. The game also doesn't offer an increasing challenge, at least during my play-through at some point the same wave of enemies kept spawning with the same pink enemies and nothing more. Maybe it's just a bug?
Anyway, I kept fighting those waves for minutes before I realized nothing was happening (was too stunned by the amazing aesthetics). Congratulations

Hi @lex in the later waves, spawners appear that will keep spitting out enemies at regular intervals. You should here a kind of low drone when they spawn a new wave.

DANG! That's quite a game you put together! GREAT JOB! I love the art, and the gameplay feels great! It is kinda low on sound, but that's okay.
