I like how you can jump on an arrow if you land on it's non sharp part.
Good work.

Fun game, would definitely like to see this expanded into a full game with more levels.

@callavicka I also like the idea, there are some levels I have no time to add. maybe I would continue to expanded this.

Cute character!
I think if the platform that generated by die player can collide with the player, then the game can be more challenging because players can't sacrifice without consideration, the generated platform may block their way to win! Currently, I can just die randomly until I can easily jump to the end point. Or maybe you should just add a die limit for each level.
But anyway, congrats for finishing the first LD!

I really like the concept here and the pixel art was cute and effective. The platform placement when you die didn't seem to be where I would have expected it to be, so that took some getting used to. There were also some levels with the moving spikes that made it tricky because they came on screen so quickly. The sound effects were a bit harsh, but they were effective in relaying game state. Overall though, you did a nice job on this.

@goldranger thanks. add a die limit for each level is a great idea, now the game have total 21 lives for player. If die too many times the game will reset.

@jharler Thanks. Yes, The platform placement when player die is still a bug... I put the platform under the player die to prevent player can't jump to it, but it work not good...

I liked the concept of sacrificing the pink little guy to make stepping stones to get to the exit. I just wished the number of lives reset after each level.

I love how an actual platform is generated, as opposed to spawning a bloody corpse like most games seem to do. Graphics are nice-- the character looks like a less round, slightly odd-shaped, but equally cute Kirby! The in-game background helped the mood significantly, so good job on that! Sometimes, the positioning of the platforms that spawned felt just a little off. There also seemed to be some volume balancing issues (some sound effects being much louder/quieter than the others), but the actual sound effects were nice. It would have been nice if the game had some more levels, because as it is now it's fun but short-lived. Aside from some of those small things, this is a pretty good entry! :)

Lovely concept! Really like the idea, and finished it with barely one life left ^^

Like others pointed out, the platform positioning is a bit off at times. Other than that, I think your game is fine. Audio could have used a bit more polish (some sounds are a bit too loud) but it's allright.

Overall, a nice little game. Congrats!
