Description:

It's our first ludum dare, and we got pretty happy with the result, even though there are a lot to be improved on this game. It was a great learning exercise :D

It's a game where you are a little alien defending your planet from a invasion of aliens from another race, which seeks to steal the power of the crystals you are guarding.

**Get Off my Planet!** :D
_This was me shouting it irl, I love your title_

A very well made game with beautiful graphics and a simple gameplay: move around the world and push intruders!

I would have loved more enemy variety but I understand that it takes time and that features have to be cut in order to fit the tight deadline of the ludum dare.

Also, it may be good to not move the camera up and down when the player is jumping, as the rotation + moving may induce motion sickness, but that's a very small tweak.

(You can see me playing this game for the first time on the vod https://youtu.be/34z-nBWKdEw?t=56m54s )

Great entry. Easy to grasp and play, mechanics worked as expected. Combat felt a bit too smooth. Some stops and knockbacks could have made it feel great imo.

Excellent work!

Had to look up the instructions and the first time it didn't run so nicely on the recommended settings, but otherwise once I had everything configured and figured out, it was a very enjoyable game to play, and I appreciate the effort to gradually ramp up the difficulty as you go.

I made it to wave 13 with 10 enemies left.

Pretty cool game, guys! I like that the despite having lots of enemies your game shows all necessary information to the player: the health of the monsters, crystals health and when you are stunned. Sounds simple, but so many games are lacking this very important feature, so it's great that your game has it. I can suggest adding new weapons(would be cool) and adding notifications about which crystal was attacked(would be informative)
