About halfway down I was making up my own story for each of the emoji - felt like Dwarf Fortress Lite (or fisher price dwarf fortress). This is a pretty innovative idea man. The only criticism I have, and I'm not sure how you'd go about it, is making the progression of the game a little more obvious. I wanted some kind of end-state but it took forever to get there, if there was one.
