The core gamplay is pretty basic (jump&run&shoot) but it works and actually felt pretty responsive and tight. The art and sound were adequate but it's nice to nice to you actually have sound and music in there. A lot of entries scrape that part. Other than that, there's still a lot of stuff that's rather rough around the edges. The ladders bug out sometimes and it was hard to get off of them to do a necessary jump right next to it. The Level Design could also use some work to make it more interesting. It felt like I've seen everything after a couple of minutes. also, to bad I couldn't use \"wasd\" controls. Walking did seem to work but the jumping wasn't also bind to the \"w\"-key.\n\nAll in all a solid entry. The theme was implemented in a obvious way, but that's fine! But hey ho, it was a lot of fun!\n\nThis was my girlfriends first attempt at digital and game art too -\n\n\"That was a great experience. Of course the difficulties found their way. Definitely with more time and experience we could've done better.
