Interesting idea, graphics fit will. However, the sound when buying something is way too loud and sounds a bit strange.

great mood! I like seeing a lighthearted game among all those "contract with the devil" with this theme. The gun does nothing besides being cool?

Thanks for the feedback. The gun pushes fish out of you way. Maybe the effect could be stronger. We didn't want to kill fish :)

A very funny and interesting little game. The graphics and music is really good, and it all fits very well to the game idea. The controls is simple and good. I agree with vjmunho that gun do not do much, but it yes it is looking cool. Overall a good LD game. Well done.

The shop system seems more cosmetic than anything else (maybe this was the pourpouse). I found two bugs: The player can go off the screen, and when he has a gun and dies the gun still shoots. Pretty good overall :)

@jk5000 Thank you very much. The idea behind the gun was to lightly push enemies out of the way (maybe it's too light) so the player doesn't just shoot it's way to the finish, but gets a little help with these pesky blue fish swarms.

@tambosi Thenk you too for your comment. Regarding the two bugs: First one is kind of a feature, like the shortcut in Mario. Only way to beat the level with all upgrades bought ;) We didn't have the time to completely balance the levels around a slow and a fast player (with rotor upgrade), so we gave him the possibility to "cheat".
The gun still shooting after death was just funny so we left it in...

What a cool salmon with the sunglasses and all. I liked the art style and music

Good work. I liked the quirky sounds and graphics and gameplay was solid. I think the upgrades could have been more noticeable (especially the gun). That's a fairly minor nitpick (balancing issues in Ludum Dare entries are to be expected). Some of the foreground elements kinda blended into the background so it was sometimes tough to predict what I needed to avoid and what was fine, but other than those (minor) complaints, this was a fun entry.

Oh, I loved the music so much. Definitely felt cool just swimming with that sick beat and sunglasses on ;). My best serious attempt is 19,7 sec. The gameplay isn't the strongest, but I enjoyed the variety of slowdown elements (jellyfish, pufflefis, cans etc.). Also, the lightweight of the game and voice overs gave me a chuckle ;). Thank you for such game.

I really love the color palette that you selected, and the overall fish idea is awesome! :)

There's something so delightful about a salmon with a gun in his little mouth! Beautiful graphics, funny audio and a good, simple little game that uses the theme really well.

WOW that was amazing! I liked the visual effects, the movement is smooth, the item effects are cool and everything is just well done and polished!

I would have just liked a description of what certain items did and also a found that you could rather easily beat levels if you swam higher, bounced from a fish offscreen and then skip all obstacles.

Just some minor things and again, great job!
