Very hard to strategize since there's no indication when food is available. Took a little while to realize that the sprite changed when vomiting. It's a properly working game and I was encouraged to play through the 5 minutes. However, the instructions are quite unclear and it took me a while to even figure out when I got points or not. Some sort of commandlist or indication on when you can recieve points would be great! :) I do like the idea for theme very much though.
