The Game

Goatrifice is a game about a goat sacrifice but played the other way around. You, as the goat, must sacrifice the posers metal heads who tried to offer you as sacrifice.

While you avoid being sacrificed you can dash onto your enemies to kill them and let them be consumed by the cursed souls of hell. Each killing gives you blood and more blood attracts more enemies. This is a bloody game.

This was a well polished game, nice work on that. The visuals were striking and the audio fit the game well. The controls were a little tricky, I think primarily because the goat's direction snapped to certain angles instead of smoothly moving with the analog stick on my controller. I really liked when the meteors started falling and would have liked to have seen some variety in the environmental effects for each wave, although I understand the time limitations. Overall, this is an impressive entry. Great work!

Fun idea, I liked the meteors falling from the sky. After a bit though the graphics started to look like I was watching a 3d movie without the 3d glasses on.

This is a pretty fantastic jam entry. I love the graphics especially and how everything evolves over time. Super-slick.

I have to play with my keyboard, so the direction control wasn't as good as I assume it is with twin sticks.

If you continue to develop this, you should consider heavy metal adaptive music in the background, like building up along with your visuals.

well it is quiet addictive. good graphics and gameplay, but after some point it feels repetetive. i run on browser but there wasnt any issue, good optimization :)

Gets a bit repetitive after a bit but the mechanics are solidly implemented and its a clever interpretation of the theme, i dig it. The audio and visuals mesh well too.

My cat really likes your game https://imgur.com/a/cf7RGJm Also I never realized how fun it would be to headbutt all the kids I would've been friends with in high school. Thanks for that.

Very amazing this game. I think that someone has lot of game making experiences for sure. The controls, the graphics, animation are neat. The game motor are so amazing that makes Unity engine very interesting.

Awesome concept, lovely visuals, cool gameplay. Does get a bit repetitive after a while, but given the constraints, I can't really fault it for that. That said, being a goat headbutting people for a while would be a fun way to vent. Favourite Ludum Dare 43 game I've played so far.

The 3D model is charming and the animation are smooth, that's great!
However I think the gameplay is kind of flat, the bigger enemy just have more health,
if there can be more skill for players and more enemy types added when player reach higher waves, the gameplay will be more funny!
