How to play? Walk with A and D, and you jump with Space. You can shoot with F. The goal is to kill all enemies and afterwards bring the fuel to the rocket. After level 10 you will have enhough fuel and you'll fly away into far space!

Run, spam fire, win. An idea to improve the difficulty : your projectiles should be able to hit your own character, so spamming fire would be dangerous !

This game has nice feedbacks and mood !
It lacked of deep in gameplay though, in my opinion you could just have implemented a rock-paper-scissors system like for example an ennemy who would send back your bullets, or an ennemy who dodge them !
You could have also let another ways to fill up the tank of your rocket !
But i do acknowledge this is a compo and it's actually finished so it's a good performance !
Good job !

That was fun! You could absolutely make a great side-scrolling shooter around this concept!

Not much more to say about it, sorry :P

Nice job with the game! I like the way the meteors look when they crash into the planet. Sometimes it was hard to tell if i was being hit or not, maybe a sound that indicates you losing health would help?

A frantic fast game. It was fun to play, and just the right length. I liked how the bullets curved around the planet, and how you managed to give them drop on a spherical object. One small thing that I would suggest was that the hitbox for the player seemed a little big, and sometimes I would pick up the fuel or get hit when I didn't think I should have, other than that, great job for 48 hours!

If you like, please consider looking at the game my team made for the jam, you can find a link to it on my profile

Nice game, one of few I beat :) Took some time to realize I was getting shot by red squares. Also took some time to handle controls, jumping and shooting at the same time...

Great job on making a complete game with an ending and everything! It even has dragons! :P

It was fun running around shooting on the tiny planet.

Maybe the view could be a bit more zoomed out to see a little better?

Frame rate noticeably drops when there is alot going on. But still one of the most fun compo entries I have played!

I had a lot of fun with this! you did a great job on giving feedback to the player, just shooting stuff and having the screen shake when things blow up felt satisfying enough to keep going for a while. definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and difficulty, but for a small game its pretty fun! Music was pretty catchy too.

You should remove that disclaimer. You, sir or mam, are an artist. :)

The particle effects and sounds make this game very satisfying. Probably a bit easy, but I like how the difficulty and size ramped up each level.

Pretty fun little game. Spawning on top of monsters felt scary, but I figured out that you are immune at the beginning. Good job!

Simple but well made game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)
