I like your game! I felt like an octopus for a while ;) A tad too easy maybe... I wonder how far you could take your idea: maybe at some point there are two leaks at once (which may have to be fixed at the same time) or you have to type ever more complicated words to fix one!

First: congrats! Have you played Escape Key (https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/escape-key)? It's one of my favorites from this jam and they also use hitting the right key as a fundamental mechanic. Seems like y'all have a bit in common.

This is challenging and I like it. It's funny how these sea creatures can't swim... I'd enjoy it more if there was some correspondence to where keys are on the keyboard and where the holes appear on your boat, but that's totally just me!

I hope something else is going to happen, and I'm tired, but it's fun.

I played for a while but I think I was stuck in a balance between not being fast enough, or slow enough so nothing really seemed to be happening in the game. Since there was no sense of progression I stopped playing. So I would suggest that if it runs on time and that you have to survive for a certain amount of time, to show that progress somehow. You could also try and make it start out easy, get harder and then finally end on being easy. That would make sense from the narrative of the game, give a progression and make it end for everyone.
