In Pizza Royale you and other toppings face the ultimate test, as the all-consuming pizza chef has returned to choose his next sacrifices.

Dodge the master’s hand and punch furious tomatoes, olives and even pineapple (eew) to stun them so they are easy loot for the greedy grasp. You can also punch the others off the table - the only thing that matters is that you are the last one to survive.

Do whatever it takes to be spared from the ancient fires of the pizza oven.

Really dig the feel and artstyle of it! Just feel like i dont really know how to escape the hand... always gets me after 10-15sec of punching ananas... which is totally worth it!

probably the most original game i've ever played in my entire life. i love pizza and i love this game. I wish i could survive and escape the pizza, but the sacrifice seems like a requirement

I really liked this game its controls were simple and the game was very fun and enjoyable. I wish i could escape the evil hand though.

@seed42 Yes! You can escape the hand by punching other pizza toppings to stun them. If they are stunned, the master hand will prioritize them and pick them up instead of you.

Also: we would NEVER put pineapples on a real pizza, madness!

Congratulations, well done!

I really like Pizza. Cool concept and control, but the hand is very overpower and did not let me enjoy the battle xD

best battle royal ever!! i like the graphics. idea is also unique but lack of ai for enemy will be a negative side. otherwise it is a good game, well done :)

I had a laugh because some of the ingredients with their facial expressions are just too cute! It's a funny and innovative concept, just suffers a little from balancing issues in the jam version. I never managed to dodge the hand for more than 2-3 rounds.

@simon-parzer thanks alot for playing and for the feedback! the trick is to hit other ingredients shortly before its going to grab you. when they get hit they are stunned for a moment(stars around their head), then the hand will prioritize them over you as the next topping :)

I liked it! It is just so quirky and whimsical :) The hand is a bit too annoying though, it always grabs me when I dont always run in a straight past it. It would be awesome to see this game made bigger after the jam! With different scenarios or something!

I won't be sacrificed today! Funny, short and simple take on the theme. The light shadowing the hand was a good touch so that you knew when the hand was right above you. Perhaps having some sort of counter on how many toppings were left would have been nice.

This game makes me so hungry, haha. Unique idea and fun execution (no pun intended)! I love the facial expressions of all the poor vegetables. Poor little buddies. Would make for a fun multiplayer as well, if you decide to continue working on this game.
