Pretty fun game, but I think your view radius is too small. It gets pretty tedious to move four times, then wait, then do that all again, until you find something. Other than that, though its great!

Thanks for the feedback! I am happy with the radius so it gives you that uneasy feeling I am looking for, but I agree with the tediousness. Maybe increasing to 5 movements per turn will help a bit, or even a smaller map, I didn't have much time to balance the game but I will definitely come back to it.

Love the intro with random professions :D The shotgun seemed underpowered, I would love to shoot trough multiple zombies (in a line). Also it seems a bit too hard for me. The art is quite nice, good job!

Interesting idea, but I think something bugged with the shotgun. I put four bullets into a zombies head and never killed it. They seem to be invulnerable.

Tried restarting but I can't seem to kill them.

Nicely atmospheric. It was extremely laggy for me, and I had to wait about 5 seconds after every turn.

Really nicely presented game, loved the sound design and the graphics. Bit too hard for me, I couldn't get very far. I think there is a bug with the rifle because I was shooting them several times but they wouldn't die. The long wait after each turn is somewhat annoying but it might be better in the desktop version (only tried the web player).

Nice feel and look. It got buggy a couple of times, where I would shoot a zombie and not kill it, and then the zombie would teleport behind me. (web version by the way)

Liked the concept.

Really nice mood and unique gameplay! I like how you are left so unaware of your surroundings!

The game is actually pretty difficult. I don't know how many times a zobmie killed me... It may be better if zombies moved more slowly so I actually start running out of energy. Or it could have been caused by the Web version...

The concept and graphics are nice and make me feel the uniquely dark mood. Well done.

(If the audio was not made during LD, you might want to opt out from the Audio category.)

Nooooo, they got me :o

Very nice concept, really entertaining, couldn't stop playing :)

You should add more actions = things that you can find.

Also you could make the loading time between moves maybe a bit faster, thumbs up for the dark mood and the tension, well done! :)

Am I really bad at this or is this game really hard? I survived at best 1 day. Usually just got surrounded by zombies and shooting them didn’t seem to do anything. As mentioned earlier radius of the light is too small, and also what’s with the DAY being dark. GUI needs to clearer, atm hard to tell buttons and and meters apart. Pick up icons (on top of the screen, I assume they are pickups) are way too small and hard to distinguish. I like the idea (this could become really interesting game), but balancing and graphics need more work.

I really enjoyed the style and the mood. The control queue thing was a bit frustrating, and I couldn't really figure out what I was supposed to be doing.

There seems to be a lot of randomness involved. Nice audio effects and music. Ok graphic. I played a few times but find it hard to find items and run away from the zombies (The golden rule with Zombies is numerous but slow and stupid). The web version seems sluggish. Adding obstacles/useful items could transform it into a fun survival game. In the style of Zombieland movie. I didn't even had to double tap.

Awesome! I've not played a turn based zombie game before, a nice idea. Sometimes it seemed like by shotgun didn't always kill a zombie, hard to tell if that is intended or not. Not entirely sure what you meant by 'firestarter', I clicked on everything but ended up having to spam down and sideways and hoping I'd get back to the bunker, worked most times. I usually lost due to being unable to see what the zombies are doing (perhaps that's the point) but it felt a little cheap when I'd suddenly die from a charging zombie before I even got the chance to see it. perhaps giving players a long view range but make it so you have to chose which way it faces or something.

Anyway I'm rambling... great game :grinning: really enjoyed it.

Very well presented, with the UI and the front-end introduction. The controls were pretty intuitive. The audio was very moody, although the crickets started to wear after a while. As others mentioned, it was tedious to find anything by carefully combing back and forth across the map. It was also possible to get killed with no chance to defend yourself if you make your last move and reveal a zombie in doing so.
