Overview

SWITCHED ON is a Top-down arcade game. Your mission is to escape the factory, with nothing but your energy to sacrifice your way out.

Theme Implementation

  • Sacrifice your energy to power things around you to make your way out.

  • Sacrifice your movement for vision and vice-versa

Developers Note:

We are a team of 3, and this was our first LD together. We worked over discord and did our best to pull off a playable game. As being a jam product, do expect a few bugs or errors. We are aware of certain flaws in the game and are currently working and updating it.

You are recommended to play the game with music.

Good aesthetic and mood, i like the idea of the sacrifice mechanic, but it was a bit tedious in its implementation, especially in the areas with hazards.

Neat, I got stuck on the second level, and had to alt tab to close game, but other wise cool!

The idea is interesting and good, but for me it was too difficult to play game. This is overall a fine first LD game.
