It's a great and almost satirical concept (although you missed a chance for some biting commentary by making them Steam achievement trophies rather than medals.)\n\nMy main suggestion is that when you die or restart a level the medals you've 'earned' by trial and error that round should disappear and only carry over to the next level once you succeed. This is a physics game and the physics are loose and floaty which is totally okay but since thats the case its a bit harsh to penalize me and block my field of view for experimenting around with the springs and such.\n\nI did appreciate that the medals re-positioned themselves up restarting though. \n\nThis game is very much in the spirit of the theme and has a great tongue-in-cheek kinda feel to it, nice work.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"IllaBom","author_uid":"1015180","time":"2017-12-07T23:20:37Z","epoch":1512688837,"modified":1512688837,"text":"Nice little game you have here. I made it to level 5, but then was left with a green screen on the web version. Is that intentional? Did I clear the game?\n\nAnyway, I did like that the smallest actions would cause a medal to appear on the screen. That certainly encourages the players to solve the puzzle with the least number of actions possible to make it to the goal. That said, I would have liked the medals to reset after failing a level, or even on the next level. It was impossible to read the instructions at some point.\n\nAs much as I was a fan of the player controls, especially the fall faster button which was actually put to good use for this game, I didn't find the physics of the boxes to be as fun. Given the instructions posted on the website, it seems you already know how tough it is to move these blocks in a predictable fashion when they're airborn. It would have been nice to see finer controls on how to move these blocks, such as removing rotations entirely.","likes":1,"format":"md"}],"format":"md","images":["ld40\/57157-01a35f1e084b7b55ab7886caa908c3e0.png"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/theultimatehose.github.io\/projects\/view\/?item=Ludum%20Dare%2040:%20Super%20Mailman","text":"HTML5 (web)"},{"url":"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1i-IrruXq3ioBdtgZzGOg-gwJbkNUu-7s","text":"Windows"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"53526","g_author":"1002197","g_event":"LD40","g_eventkey":"70","g_subevent":"JAM","g_urlkey":"248354","g_title":"Super Mailman","g_status":"USEAR3","g_place":"549","g_commentcount":"27","g_site2_node_id":"57157","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":{"n_key":"57157","n_urlkey":"248354","n_parent":"49883","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/40\/super-mailman","n_slug":"super-mailman","n_type":"item","n_subtype":"game","n_subsubtype":"jam","n_author":"2197","n_created":"1512081752","n_modified":"1512827047","n_version":"206250","n_status":"COMMIT"},"node":{"id":57157,"parent":49883,"superparent":9,"author":2197,"type":"item","subtype":"game","subsubtype":"jam","published":"2017-12-04T21:50:09Z","created":"2017-11-30T22:42:32Z","modified":"2017-12-09T13:44:07Z","version":206250,"slug":"super-mailman","name":"Super Mailman","body":"![title.png](\/\/\/raw\/598\/z\/be30.png)\n\nOh no, it's that time of the year again!
