This is my game for the Ludum Dare Jam. I started making games 15 Days ago and learned a lot while participating in Ludum Dare.

I opt-out from graphics and audio. I mostly used standart assets and the Unity Assetstore. All scripts beside the one for the menu (which i modified) i wrote myself.

Enjoy. Lost in the Woods picture.jpgfireball.pngmainScreen.pngGameOver.png

This is a simple platform game, with some fun graphics and animations. The game is overall good, but I would real have liked a end goal for the game. But as you sai,d you are new to make game, then this is pretty great. Well done. Hope to see you again in LD.

it was fun and the sounds the skeletons make are the best!

It's a nice little endless platform game. I would have liked more feedback on when I got hit (what's my health? Is it regenerating? Am I in danger of dying?). There also wasn't really a goal? I think a score of how many Enemies the player has killed would go a long way to making the player more active and take more risks. And maybe a wave indicator to suggest some progress?

I also think there should be some penalty on the fireball attack. Maybe you could have to collect mana bottles that randomly spawn throughout the level or something like that?

As it stands I ended up spamming the fire key while standing in the bottom left corner of the level and nothing could ever touch me...

Overall a neat little game that just needs some more work done. But definitely keep it up!

+1 for the mana potion idea, it would really fix the "stay in the corner and shoot" problem. The game would win a lot of fun with that!

Some good ol' skeleton shooting fun.

Some kind of feedback for when you hurt skeletons could definitely go a long way as to making the combat feel far more satisfying.

Overall, the game is pretty fun, especially considering you haven't been making games for very long. With some polish and some form of goal, it could be a really fun little arena game.

This game was fun. I'd recommend adding some limitations of some sort so players can't just camp in a corner the entire time.
