I like the design of the character and the sword swinging animation looks great. The game controls well enough, but everything feels a little bit delayed. Maybe that's just me. I never got too terribly far because of how you die instantly from hitting a platform. It was pretty difficult to avoid them given how many of them there were. I feel that the platforms should have probably been semi-solid, meaning you can collide with them from the top but not the bottom or sides, and then you could have had another type of static hazard used more sparingly.
