Find your way through the maze by following the arrows before you are destroyed. Follow the arrows, and don't run out of energy. Be careful- almost everything you do uses energy! You can run up walls and under ceilings. Hold down and don't move to regain energy, or collect floating energy, but don't take too long or you will pay the price. Created with Construct2.

Weird physics game, but i like that x) ! Pretty unexpected in view of the graphics. But nice game anyway ! Graphics and music create a nice atmosphere and even if the gameplay seems not collapse with it ! Goodjob nice runner game !

Really nice looking game with nice feel for gameplay. REminds me of sonic games with but with a little twist about managing your energy.

Nice entry! I even like the abbreviation of the title: TTTL.

I really like the art and the music and the mood they portray. But for me, the sound effects and the game play clashes directly with the mood from the art and music and kills it in the process.

I personally think that standing still to charge the light meter is a bit weird. If it were a bit more suspension I could see forced breaks being a good mechanic but currently, it doesn't integrate with the rest.
Also, not sure if bug or intentional, but sometimes the light meter goes beyond the indicated max, and once I seemed to die the "end of map"-death. I bring up the last one because I thought I "had won" only to get a non-congratulatory "game over".

But overall neat game :)

I like the mood and the art. The title page did raise my expectations more than it should have haha!
The physics is kinda wonky though, I don't feel like I'm in total control.
The character seems to pick up momentum like sonic, which is pretty fun!
Great effort!

I find it kinda weird to do Sonic-like movement in the setting you created here. I don't find it very convenient to do either. There is also some inconsistency on how to kill enemies; when I hit their head, they hit me and when I jump on their back, they are dead.

Nice work on the art and the mood though! A little bit better character movement physics and I would play it again.

That was alright, I managed to beat it after a few tries and exploring the map. Certain mechanics felt like they were at odds with the platforming finesse required: suddenly dashing forward when you pick up a ball of light was the worst offender (since it sends the player hurtling towards certain death!). With a little more development, I think it could be pretty solid!

That was quite a bit of fun! I had flashbacks of Sonic from when I was growing up :) The colors and mechanics meshed very well together to create a neat atmosphere. My only complaint would be - it felt like the player - once dashing - was moving just a bit too fast so it was a little hard to keep up with, but that is a minor thing. It is an excellent project! Keep up the great work! :)

Good effort, I liked the art, music and the atmosphere of the game, however, the controls felt a bit weird in few places. A great effort overall :)

Nice! It's like Sonic the Hedgehog... but in the dark!

I have the same problem with this that I do with sonic, though, which is once I'm dashing, I need a bigger field of view so I can have some semblance of control. I want to run fast! But I also don't want to smash into slugs because I can't see them! That's a small complaint though (and more about me than anything else...).

Really nice work!

Really good gameplay!
I had one issue though: you can get stuck against a wall by an enemy and die and there is nothing you can do about it.
The graphics are really cool and the lantern felt useful.
Great entry :)

The controls were a little hard to work with, especially combined with some buggy floor collisions. The player had a little too much momentum, so paired with the control issues, the gameplay suffered a little for me. That being said, I think you did an excellent job with this entry - the music is excellent, the mood is great, the visuals are interesting, the theme was met pretty well. Despite my criticism with the controls, you did a really great job overall!

Pretty cool, sonic-like game with the added mechanic of the darkness.. Once you got the hang of how fast you can go it gets fun to run around! My main problem though is that it can make platforming a little frustrating.

Nice game. Running and jumping feels very satisfying and labyrinth crumbling behind you is pretty creepy!
