The point one percent by Koomplr

You're part of a Pill strike force, sent on a mission into someone's body. But this mission might just be your last...or something, as I write this, it's 3am. I just want to sleep... Won't you let me sleep!

The "gameplay" is inspired but the likes of Hotline miami and Metal Gear Solid, except it's microscopic. SMALL WORLD! Get it? *tired.

This was our first PROPER go at a game jam and while we are very tired, and really didn't have much time, the fact we have a game to show for it is incredible. We hope you enjoy it.

Interesting concept. Fun game. The mouse control was just a bit awkward, but other than, I enjoyed it!

first impression was the cool animated GUI and start screen, very nice little touch. The camera movement being attached to the character but not entirely, ability to look around with camera while still folllowing character is VERY COOOL! I loved that so much! Also i really enjoyed the very cool microscope view, very nice. The audio is very nice and fitting as well! The sounds of the text appearing was also very nice and the overall background music having that military'ish battle theme in it was very very nice and level desing as well as enemy locations and paths were very well made and designed! very very good game and fun to play. Reminds me a lot of old school stealth games (after reading your description, yeah i can feel the metal gear solid vibe! very awesome) and the idea of the "small world" being micro-level is very cool too. Loved it, one of my favorite entries and games.

That ending was not what I was expecting alright. Cool level design and overall a very polished feel.

One issue I did have though was that sometimes the mouse would seem to disappear making it hard to aim. Not sure what caused that, but it wasn't a game-breaking bug either.

I played this on Livestream Today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGr9VAOjIQs

I had trouble understanding what to do once I got to the next level. I had some suggestions like, being able to skip text or at least speed it up. I think there's a really solid game here I just couldn't get past the next level.

Lovely graphics! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)
