At first I was like, "cute game", but then duty called... I really liked the combination of the two genres, but I found the military part not that well balanced. The first few rounds it was really easy and the game started to get boring. But then it was suddenly impossible and I died like in the second difficult round. Otherwise really nice but also a bit macabre game.
It seems like you planned some more content with the money. I think this would have been a great addition to the game (I know, time is limited...), to distinguish the rounds further other than number and density of obstacles.
I think it would have helped the mood to have some sounds and music.
The collision detection was a bit odd in my opinion.
But still I had some fun in the 10 minutes playing.
