I've done enough in python to know that this is quite impressive! The UI is intuitive, but very technical and it fails to give a clear overview over the whole situation, which would be quite useful at the beginning. The concept looks really cool though, and I think this could make for a really nice game if it's a little more polished and the gameplay is more clear. I personally love these kinds of strategy games, and I think you've got a great start right here.
