In Product Company, you need to care care of a company.

You need money.

Employees can give you money.

But employees are also people.

And people might be weird.

And weird people hurt your reputation.

To save your reputation, will you sacrifice a very lucrative, yet racist, employee?

To avoid going bankrupt, will you sacrifice a very friendly, yet not very profitable, employee?

You'll only need your mouse for this one!

How to play

• Hire people by on the right panel
• See stats about your employees by clicking them
• Click the big red "Fire" button to get rid of the employees you don't want anymore
• The game ends when your reputation is 0 or if you have no money left
• Having polemic and dangerous people in your company lowers your reputation
• Having trusted and good people in your company rises it

Mechanics

• All employees have simulated personalities
• An employee's performance depends on their traits
• Their personalities range from really happy and kind to violently depressed
• People eventually will leave their jobs
• The amount of money that an employee makes decreases with time
