This is super fun! I love the balance between having enough blood to keep using attacks and hitting transfusion on dead corpses. It gets really fun once the enemies start ramping up but takes a bit to get there. Great job on the art too, the knights look really cool. Thanks for making and sharing!

Very good. I think it could be more fun if everything (enemy spawns, regen, enemy movement, player movement) were faster.

That's a busy screen lol. I love the premise, the art work, the game in general. I'd love to see where this went if you kept working on it beyond LD!

Very fun game, Transfusion and Explosion aren't too obvious how they work. I would prefer using scrollwheel to move between spells as well

With a touch of polish on graphics and a bit of balancing, this can surely be a mobile game where I'll drop my free time off!

Theme was fitted and core gameplay is solid and well planned.

You managed to create something of innovative yet classic in the style.

I had lots of fun

@zactical @Tkap Thank you for playing!

I agree, the ramping is pretty slow, it used to be even slower. I wish I had more time to fine-tune it and get the right timing. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the wizard's spells! :)

@b3agz Thank you for playing!

I have seen some close friends of mine play it and it gave me this feeling to polish it up. Who knows, I might do that in the next few days! :)

@spudward Thank you for playing!

I agree, those 2 spells are not very obvious, I took it for granted that people might relate to the necromancer class from Diablo 3. That class has a [similar spell](https://us.diablo3.com/en/class/necromancer/active/corpse-explosion)

I completely forgot about the mouse wheel! I wanted to implement it as well :(

This will for sure go on my list of things to polish!

@memel06 Thank you for playing!

Don't tempt me hahahaha!
I really wasn't sure where I was going with this project but I'm very happy I hanged in there and finished it!

I think the result was well worth it :)

Great job, really fits the theme, well balanced between choices. I really like the atention with soundtrack and sfx. Cool powers, would be great see this in a more coplex game with progression, upgrades, more powers, etc. Congrats

Great game, it was fun, and the balance felt just right. I felt like I had to think about every spell that I cast. And the right clicking to cycle through spells, while a bit clunky, actually added a bit to the "spellcaster" feel, I think. After playing a few rounds I got a feel for how many clicks it took to cycle to the spell I wanted, and it made me feel like a badass blood mage. None of the spells felt unnecessary, they all have their place. Great design. If you worked more on this I would totally spend a few dollars for it on steam.

Graphics and audio on this one are good. The game play is really quite fun.

The skills are all interesting, though I found I was using pretty much only the transfusion and explode skills after things got hectic. The sword and bow could do with some sort of additional effect to keep them relevant in the long game. Off the top of my head, maybe the sword triggers a temporary defense boost upon hitting a target? Perhaps the arrow spreads a movement speed reduction to enemies near the target hit?

Rather than cycling through skills to use them, I think the control scheme would be better served by binding individual abilities to different keys.

All nitpicking aside, this is a pretty awesome game! The corpse explode mechanic is proven fun, and this is a good implementation of it. It worked in Diablo, and it works here.

Good job! Would love to see this project continued.

Wow, great job that was great. It did take me a few times of killing myself before I got used to the mouse direction being the aim and not the way I was facing. Also scroll wheel would have been nicer for switching skills but overall it was super fun!

Nice! Nailed the theme and this is actually kind of addictive to play :)

The explode and transfusion effects seemed like they were attacks and took a while for me to figure out, but overall really nice submission!

Loved it! Amazing tie-in to the theme, and really satisfying to pull of a big explode-transfusion combo. :smile:

I fun little game. I thought the transfusion and explosion abilities were really cool - genuinely original. The graphics are nice enough, although the fact that the background, the player and many of the enemies are some shade of gray makes it a little dull. There are some balance issues - I feel like the sword is never worth using because it doesn't do enough damage to be worth the risk of getting close to enemies that can attack so quickly. Also, the viewport feels very small thus everything gets crowded really quickly.

In spite of all that, I really liked the game! Good work.

really nice:D
as people sugested i only used the heal and explode combo,
but the scrolling is kinda annoying so if abillitis were bind to 12345
and scroll was enabled it might be much smoother experience,
and the sword is useless after few enemies spwan,
then arrow is used only if no one to explode
and teleport didnt even use that much well mainly because scrolling to teleport is a pain
and you mainly need teleport only when u have that few sec couldown on detonate dead

Very nice game!

It would really be bloodbath if enemies would explode and leave blood on ground. Also on taking damage.

I would also be better to choose skill by using 1,2,3 buttons and LMB for Melee and RMB for Range attack.

Great game. Love the background in the menu and it looks really awesome. Also loves all the transitions from game to game over to menu etc. Took me a while to understand the spells though (didn't know you got health back from the third one, so my first run was really really really short :smile_cat:

Beautiful game. The right clicking mechanic drove me insane though. It's stressful as it is with all enemies running around without having to flip thru spells. Couldn't quite get into the flow due to my poor multitasking skills. Dedicated buttons for different attacks would probably made it simpler for me.

Nice graphics and atmosphere, and good fit to the theme.

Awesome game. Fits well with the theme and is incredibly fun to play. I encountered a bug when you fire the arrow close to the end of the map/screen it will remain stationary but it occurred only once so no biggie. Great game!

Yoooooooooooooooooooo this game is a good time! Trying to bloodfoom a cloud of 30 dudes at once is a really fun gameplay goal, if you keep touching this up I'd love to see combo modifiers and other cool arcadey stuff. Props for great lookin sprites and music that is chill enough to listen to during the game. Excellent work.
