Tools and Organization
This game was made with Godot 3.1. We worked remotely using Discord. We had to go to work on Monday so we could only work on the game the evening.

I'll play again to get all the different endings.
Idea for improvement:
* Option to tell the other hostages about the backdoor exit, so they can all flee
Bugs I found:
* You can take the brandy from the cupboard multiple times.
* The Mayor gets shot even though he is still hiding in the closet because i did not snitch.
* The music stopped while playing the game.
@jeremia indeed we wanted to add that ending but we didn't have enough time unfortunately. Thanks for noting the bugs, we were already aware of these three specific ones, just like the ending we ran out of time (or noticed to late). However we might make a post-jam patched build.
Also, if you fix the brandy bug, please fix it by coming up with an in-lore justification for there being infinite brandy in the cupboard. That's really the only valid solution.
@jjjjason there's of course a very good lore reason for this, the cupboard links to drunken narnia and Cathy uses it as her stash in case of nuclear winter
@rose there's a 'happier' ending in the 4 (it's also the hardest to unlock), don't know if that counts
One thing I'd change is to make the dialogue options be selectable via keyboard, because you never use the mouse in the other parts of the game - just a minor feedback. Good job!
Anyhow, it has darn nice story, and I do know how hard it is to create a good story in such a short time!
Good job.
