Short Description

"Bill Hunter" is an attention-requiring puzzle game where you play as a hitman called Bill Hunter. You work for a big organization that has a long history of money printing with a small twist to it. Your money is made of real presidents that become the figureheads once the procedure is done. It's your job to deliver those presidents and print this special money.

Gameplay

In "Bill Hunter" you can play 3 missions, each on a different difficulty level. In each mission, you are given a list of targets and see how they look like in the upper right corner of the screen. The targets are random mash-ups of features from multiple presidents and look different every time you play the level. The targets are somewhere inside a crowd of people. For some reason, everyone in this crowd looks almost exactly as the targets you are looking for. Differences may only lie in a single feature like outfit, hair, face, beard or accessories. Who knows... maybe there is some kind of presidential cosplay event around.

Once you found a target and are certain of them being the real one, you can kidnap them. However, be careful of other people seeing you. If a person witnesses your act, they will flee from the area and escape. If you don't watch out, another one of your targets might escape before you even have the chance of encountering them.

If all targets are either kidnapped or did escape, or the time limit is reached, you will return to your organization, and do what your organization has practiced for over dozens of centuries now.

Haha, the "conversion into dollar bills" animation is beautiful! Great concept, fun and frustrating (but in a good way!)

The randomly generated characters were great! Awesome art. The end cut-screens were well done as well. I loved the concept. The game was simple enough, but fun to play. Good job!

I really like your concept here! Extra points for the naming pun, haha. Overall, I really enjoyed playing the game, it was challenging to find the targets in levels 2 and 3 and it felt that the amount of time I was given was perfect, just enough to find them all, but little enough to apply pressure. My biggest criticism is that I wish the movements of the characters were a bit less random. I often found myself walking around with my target for a good while waiting until I got good RNG to snatch them when as little people were watching as possible. Besides that, I loved it!

Nice game and pixel art! The only issue I found was that some features are so small, that when the characters move, they get distorted on low resolution screens, because they are made of 1 or 2 pixels, otherwise good job!

It would be great if you can persuade your targets somewhere where no one can see you kidnapping them. The way they move now is just too random in my opinion. It's very cool, though, that you marked all of the people that will flee if you kidnap someone, that's a nice feature. Also, I love that animation at the end of each mission. I like how this game requires attention to detail. That's not something I see that often. It was very interesting for me to play. Nice job!
