Kill, find loot and get killed

My first attempt at Ludum Dare. Didn’t completely finished the game. All graphics are hand drawn. Scope too big, of course! XD

It was by far the best game I've played so far in this edition of the Ludum Dare, I have found absolutely nothing that spoils the experience. The art is very, very amazing, the mechanics are super creative and interesting, the level design is very well elaborated and several other positive points that could point haha ... You alone, you have managed to do so much in
so little time, this is incredible, keep making good games ... Congratulations on the incredible work ! Sorry for bad english.

Not really sure what to think. Great graphics and visuals! Easy to control. On the other hand, can't get very far because I die in a couple hits and range isn't great.

@estuvomuybien Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I sure struggled with fire range.

What a beautiful game. The mechanics are cool, the graphics are incredible, the "toggle screen" button and the minimap are proofs of quality xD. Even if you didn't fished what you wanted to do, this is currently satisfying.

Oh, and why did you put rating on Audio and no rating on Graphics ? I can't hear any sounds and I thought you've done every asset.

@kilian-baptendier Probably my mistake, I wanted to disable audio ratings. Thanks for the feedback. :)

I looks like you've disabled the wrong voting category; I can't rate you on graphics and there's no audio in the game. But I'll put it here instead: the art looks great; I love the style.

The artwork looks awesome and the little bit of game play was enjoyable. I think you should build a full game out of this.

Aww man, I'm so sad you ran out of time! The visuals are awesome and really cute! I actually really liked the combat. So great you did a particle effect when you hit the wall.

Well done! Thanks for the short but nice experience!

Very Nice game! Even though you ran out of time you made something awesome! For your first LD entry it is very awesome.

Really nice game. Cool minimap feature. There should be a description for what the tech does. Besides that, it is a solid game. Good job :)

The graphics are definitely 5/5. With a little more work (even just finishing one level) the game could be a lot of fun.

This is a pretty ambitious project!
Metroidvania, minimap, you have a shiel... that's all very impressive. I also like the visuals, they're very cute.

Very nice entry for a first LD. Congratulations!

Nicely done for what you did accomplish! I was sad to not see a full game, but the mechanics you put together are pretty solid, and as others mentioned your graphics are great! (Did you intend to opt out of graphics, btw? I would have rated pretty well) I really liked using the objects to control your speed/health.

Thanks for a fun entry.

Sucks that you ran out of time, it's a really cool idea! The graphics were great and it was quite fun to fly around shooting enemies. I think for future LDs you should try to scale back the ambition of your projects. It seems like you had a lot planned for this and that prevented you from getting farther. I would've just focused on the battery mechanics and not the shield crystal or the computer chips, since they have the most noticeable effect on gameplay. Really cool idea though, hope you work on it more!

Wow this game looked really great! The shield damage and slow down effect was really neat. Took me a min to notice but though it was clever. I was super bummed to see that you weren't able to finish it. Please continue on, I'd love to see more of what this world might be. <3

Here's the [link to the stream](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/420903849) as well. Your game should start around [10:18].

@snowschu Aw thank you so much! I didn't have time to hang around on twitch this weekend, so thanks for sharing.

Really cool and challenging idea. I hoped that on impact with the environment you can destroy your ship. Some enemies are hard to kill when they just appear out of nowhere and one shot you. Definitely more fun when i had 3 batteries!
