The sound was a bit much, but overall had fun playing the game.

Nice game, simple enough gameplay. Something really cool could be made out of the bets with the devil/reward mechanic, cool idea! The game was a bit slow for my taste, as in the player moved slow, and bullets were faster than the player. It is kind of a bullet hell (or bullet purgatory, not so many bullets), so it makes it a bit awkward to try to dodge at first. Overall, thanks for this game, I had fun :)

Thanks for the feedback everyone! @kuro yeah it definitely starts slower, maybe a bit too slow. You do get movement and fire-rate upgrades after rounds 4 and 7 (among other upgrades later). So by round 8 it should start to feel more like a bullet hell game.

As @kuro said, the player movement is too slow. The player graphic could be more worked.

Solid entry, it fit the theme and nice touch with the dialogue to start. As people pointed out, the movement is a little bit slow in the beginning. I enjoyed the music. Good job!

Nice game ! Classic gameplay but still effective ! Rounds deals are nice, but I think there is a bug on the speed up bonus, no speed added to the player. A GUI with remaining life and current upgrade would have been great ! Thanks for this game !

Cute little game. I do like the devil quotes and theme, however, the sound design is way out of balance (I think you are aware that some sounds play only on left ear and alien collision sound is way too delayed). If you fix sound and game pace, I could become much more appealing. Good luck, hope you had fun making it!

Needs the Charlie Daniels fiddle :D Nice little game but definitely needs a health bar!

Nice. The press-your-luck on powerups was an interesting touch. Lack of any sense of current health was frustrating (since it's not classic bullet hell one-hit)

@mrschlag2 found and fixed a bug related to Double or Nothing rewards (speed up bonus, etc.) not being given, thanks!

A bit basic and slow, but the concept is good. Congrats on finishing it!

I really liked it, though I think everything feels a bit slow. Especially because of the slow player movement it felt a bit unsatisfying.

I liked the devil's deals appearing periodically (even though I always took them, so not really a choice for me).

I really wanted a health bar to determine how I was doing. I think I took 4 hits on the round I died, but not even sure if I got healed up between rounds.

I liked that upgraded enemies appeared eventually, but I would like to see the progression sped up considerably (player and enemies). I'd suggest having a deal every round with enemy progression to match.
