And more importantly, what are you ready to give up for it?

pouetchosemenu.png

In this game you play as a mild-mannered demon in charge of negotiating devil deals. To this end you receive mortals in your comfortable office to listen to their wishes and accomodate them.

But a demon knows how to drive a devil's bargain.

While you tap in your resources to grant the petty human's wishes you must try to get as much of what they can give in exchange. But should you become too greedy, they will see through you and give up on the deal.

Try to make a profit out of your contracts to amass resources until you can eventually... treat yourself with a few weeks of vacations under the sun!

Nice graphics, UI is really nice, the music is awesome ! I found myself playing but I felt like I could give in the contract everything I wanted and it was a deal. I felt like the hardness to bargain was hard to sense and had a low impact on the actual contract. Just a tought maybe but this game is really cool !

Loved it! Great artwork, music, sound effects.. Awesome job with the UI, and the tutorial at the start.. I love that you were the demon/wish granter in the story, I figured at first when I saw the graphics that would be your nemesis or something, but it was a nice shift of roles.. loved the end scene too.. it felt very well balanced playing through as well. Overall excellent job!

Man, I LOVE the jazzy theme! This game has a great style. Would have loved to see some animation in the demon and human, as well as some variance with the human... maybe a different one appears with every wish.

Good game over all, tough I found it to hard, I never seemed to be gaining to much in the resources and would always end up losing.

Also the approved or the big X is disappearing a bit fast, it needs to be clear what the outcome is and extending the time would help a bit with the feel of the outcome, also I had to try a few times to even be able read the word approved.

Though the humour was good, I took all their favourite underwear, and the dyslexia wish drew me of because I didn't know what the disease was so thought there was a tons of spelling mistakes!

When I downloaded your project I didn't expect anything, but what a game! The way you fit the theme is honestly the best which I have seen for this Ludumdare session. The main aesthtic is amazing, but I would like to see some animations sometimes. The music jazz are perfect for this kind of games. One of my favorite entries. Well done ++

Vous pouvez être fier de vous, vous avez fait un super jeu très original. Salutations ++

Wow, the art for this is fantastic. I'm super psyched this was made with love, great job!

I figured out I need to click the items, but I'm not sure what I was doing with them. I found I could click colors and get that color in my "tank" - but I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing, other than that. I tried to follow the tutorial, but there was a lot to it.

Regardless, great job!

Fantastic entry! It was fun choosing to be as sadistic as possible (taking their pet over their contact list). Game went a bit too long. It think I ended up losing, but I choose to believe my guy made it to the beach. Good job!

The concept is nicely implemented but hard to get it right at the start.

Nice art and music ! The gameplay was innovative, but maybe lacked some feedback on why a deal was refused.

Really nice game. I have a little issue with a menu, because it didn't work at the beginning, but it's still a good game, I like it!

Lovely style and interesting concept but always felt I was losing more than I could gain. I never saw the good ending unfortunately. Great art and mood though!

Great game!

I played for a while, and then I ran out of essence. I felt like I didn't have a chance to refill it enough, but maybe I made wrong choices

This was pretty great. The visuals were extremely well done and consistent throughout. The music was soothing and surprisingly fitting for the game. It was a good challenge. I ultimately failed, but I made it pretty far I think. Overall, really well done. I like the innovating you did here, and feel that the instructions still left things pretty confusing. It took me a few deals before I started to understand exactly what was going on.

Great game, but for some reason I didn't get contracts for "green", and my red resources depleted too fast. I really like the idea and graphics is amazing. Great job!

Franchement GG je me suis bien marré!

Super jeu ! Le système des trois jauges et de faire des échange pour les remplir est super ! Les graphismes sont magnifiques et la musique va super bien avec le jeu ! Par contre ce qui est dommage c'est que les mécaniques du jeu ne sont pas très bien expliquées : j'avais absolument pas compris ua début que ce que tu demandes à l'humain dans les échanges pouvait varier en valeur, même si à bien y réfléchir, c'est logique (un demi sourcil ou nu membre par exemple bah tu préfères perdre un demi sourcil plutôt que ton bras hein :P). Enfin bon le jeu est super et le thème est super bien utilisé alors bravo ! Par contre j'ai jamais réussi à gagner mais je pense que c'est plus parce que je suis nul qu'a cause de la difficulté du jeu même si il est vachement dur quand même ;_;

Great game! I love the "hidden information" aspect. At first I wasn't driving hard enough bargains, but slowly I learned what people would accept and was able to push folks to the limit. Got the good ending on the beach!

The presentation of this game really shines. Very well done and cohesive art style. Great music. Good tutorial to kick things off. It all fits together perfectly!

Oh hey, other French people!

That's a great game! My only suggestion would be, when you're low on one essence, having increased chance of getting an offer that gives that essense. But that's a really minor complaint, this is very well made on every aspects.

Well I have played this game many times but didnt get to fill the tanks xD

Music gives that office-like feel, it was fun to play for a demon who works in a company as well as some wishes like "I want my waifu to be real" that just killed me :D

Its good you have a tutorial on the game that really helped, all the balancing is made well and it gets your brain to think a bit, however I think it needs to be a little more easier to get the tanks filled.

I think some score system would be good to know how far did you go until game over like the amount of successful contracts you made or something like that.

In general it suits the theme and I played the game quite a bit trying to fill that tanks, that means that the games is fun and gets you to play it again and again, good job!

Love the concept!

The art is great and could be even better if the background and/or the characters very animated. The audio fits quite well too - love the jazz! As the game goes on, it would really benefit from some additional elements and mechanics, as it seems somewhat easy to figure the system out and keep going forever. What really got me, was the subtle humor in the requests, especially the "I want my waifu to be real" -one!

Overall it's one of the better entries I've seen! Good job!
