A little side scroller inspired by castlevania. You visit the house of a strange demon that offers you power in exchange for your maxHP. Will you take the deal, or fight the devil ?

Decent game.
The music was really well done. The game has an interesting risk / reward trade off, and the boss telegraphs his attacks before doing them, which is good.

Fan of Rogue Legacy, huh? ^_^

The downside of this kind of game is that you need a lot of time to get the game feel right. This version is not quite yet enjoyable, but it's a good starting point.

Here are few points you could tweak:

- Knownbacks on enemies so you are not in a weird kitting setup
- Larger melee range
- Higher, more dynamic jumps & ranged enemies more in the verticality (the shot angle is too parallel to the floor with little room to dodge atm)
- Camera shaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake! :p
- Moar particles, dust, lights!

Good job! Now, get further :)

yeah I agree knocbback on enemies would be nice, sometimes you can end up beaten to death against a wall by little slime.
For camera shake I did have a script, but disable it because I hadn't time to tweak it and it was a bit too much.

Sympa!
En vrai je trouve le jeu vachement dur ^^# - surtout par le fait que les ennemis respawnent à chaque fois quand tu rentres dans la pièce - ce qui rend la potion de vie dans la salle tout au fond en haut à gauche relativement inutile - vu qu'il faudra se re-farcir 5 monstres à sa sortie ^^#
Mais le graphisme a du charme et le son est sympa
