Now this in an interesting take on the theme, starting breakout without bricks :D

Maybe you could have made the creation of bricks necessary to progress, you can beat the game without placing bricks...

That's a nice way to rethink breajout game. I love the way ball position influence brick spawn point. You shoudl try to find a way to make people want to create bricks. For exemple green point are invisible until a specific bounce score is reached. Everytime ball hit pad, bounce is reseted to 0 so you have to make brick to get a chance to hit the green targets.

I really like this, actually. I think the gameplay itself was really, in a surprising way, fun! The graphics weren't all that great, but as a fellow user of epic programmer art, I appreciate you using simple shapes. It took a bit to get used to using the blocks well, but that was a fun part. The introduction of non-breakable walls kind of made it seem, to me, not very in-line with the theme, but the game itself was really fun! I did notice a lot of super weird collision issues, like the ball getting stuck in the paddle and the wall, although only once did that actually require me to reset, which is definitely better than it could be.
Overall, a solid game, but without a ton of the theme present. Still fun tho.

Not a bad game, although i did crash the game by spamming the X,C,V lol
it was still a fun game - the graphics are... dull but what can i expect out of a breakout style game :stuck_out_tongue:

Don't move if you miss the ball. It ended mix with me and the collision sound loop. Simple concept but funny to play. Now I'm waiting for more levels ^^

Interesting game! The idea to build bricks is very fun. Feeling good when clear all the levels xD (It got stuck and I had to restart the game twice though. Nice work :smile:

Interesting mechanic! I like the idea that you add bricks, but to what purpose was not very clear to me. The game got stuck often, especially when I created a brick when to ball was near one of the walls, which got a bit frustrating, so I stopped after restarting a dozen of times, but I am interested to see what this could become!

Oh, and I noticed that the game got slower after each exit and restart. It seems the game is still running in the abckground after a crash & closing.
