@demuss Thanks for the comment! Kurzgesagt really have some astonishing visuals for telling stories, we were indeed inspired by them for the aesthetics. Regarding the viruses shot, it's a really cool idea, thanks for sharing it! We might add it in the future polishment. Also, we'll look into the hitboxes. Thanks for the feedback!
@monish-vyas Thanks for your comment. We tried to make the game as hard as possible :p We will look what could make the shot to feel more responsive, thanks for sharing your thoughts!
We'll also deliver to you a little gift from the dev team very soon :)
@paulius Hey man, thanks for your comment! We are really looking into it, as our design decision was not to kill the enemies with the bullets, but rather with the explosions, just like the original arcade genre. Our plan is to solve this issue in the next version released with visual and sfx feedback to compensate the expectation of bullet hits, as most of them aren't working as intended :)
@bananabobbert Thanks for your sharing your thoughts! Indeed, we understand your frustration! We've found a bug going on with the explosion collision radius, and our plan is to deliver a fix in the updated version of the game very soon!
@benpeterson Hey Ben! Yeah, that was our decision to keep that! Due to time limitation, the game release lacked the proper working of some visual/sfx feedback to indicate that, which the predecessor arcade versions did successfully. New version coming out soon, with some of this features working properly to solve the issue!
@rocktavious Heyo! Thanks for your impressions of the game! We understand your comment regarding the difficulty! We believe that the updated version of the game, which is coming out soon, is going to help a lot to address this issue. Also, we found a little bug in the hit collider registration (just a tiny cockroach!) which caused the indicated problem. We hope you can beat level 1 in the upcoming version! (:
Is it based on missile command? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nokIGklnBGY
That game seems to have had many ideas for dealing with the excessive that you have discarded, for example only having one base that can fire, so effectively only one life... That combined with using one quarter of the vertical space on the screen for the units you're defending and fast moving enemies makes for requiring very quick reaction times!
Still, this may have some potential - it's very nicely polished! Good entry.
Don't see much of a connection to the theme unfortunately...
Thanks a lot for your feedback! We have uploaded a new version of the game, considering everyone's evaluation from the last one. Hope you enjoy it if you give it a try (:
@chaotikza Thanks for your thoughts! In the new uploaded version we took your consideration and, for now, have updated the shot's speed to balance the reaction time required! We think this should solve the issue (: We'll look into your other thoughts in future patches!

@sillyman987 There are a few actions you can do to increase your Smart Balance! Comment in other games from the jam, rate them, provide feedback, interact with other people! If you rate a lot of other jam games, smart balance increases a lot for a short period! When the team does it together, it can rise up very quickly. We're glad u enjoyed the game too (:
@invader Thanks a lot! We're glad you liked it!
@fizzpowmike1 @aridesei Heyoo! Thanks a lot! I recorded the SFX in my room, and the programmer did it shine! Also, thanks for your thoughts on the graphics (:
@sheepdog123 Thanks yo! We're really glad u liked our game's aesthetics! We agree that the game is hard, but it was intentional! XD
@benpeterson Whoa! It seems we have a new score record! But... pics or didn't happen xD Anyway thanks a lot man! Your feedback helped us a lot in this update!
@kazatan Thanks for your thoughts regarding the game! We're glad you enjoyed it. Currently, what everyone is able to play right now in our page is the updated version of the game! We respect your opinion regarding this matter, and in order to clarify this & prevent any misunderstanding, we are keeping the patch notes in both URLs!
Good job
@lokhmaty hahahha nice! I wonder how difficult that might be... this is a feature very interesting to think in a "point n click" driven game. It didn't come to my mind earlier, thanks for the feedback (:
@brandon-anderson Thanks man! We've had a lot of fun during the their implementation! Also nice to hear about the chain reaction, it looks like our collision hit boxes are now working as intended.
@nocity Heyu, thanks bro! We understand your point here. When we were conceptualizing the game, we wanted it to be as tough as possible, because we wanted an "arcade" approach. Also, nice about the chain reactions, which we see as a positive feedback on the fixed explosions and collisions.
@aderix Heyooo! Thanks for your thoughts! We will take a note on this, we liked very much your idea about upgrades or such. Initially we discarded this due to the jam short time. We are now listing development ideas for this game, and this one will be added too!
