28Ti by Heartclaw
TL; DR
Your computer doesn't have enough GPUs to render all textures in this game at once. You actually start with almost nothing. Collect more graphics cards to get sharper textures, better music and more objects rendered at once.
Tell us in the comments what level you managed to reach
Play with resolution ratio 16:9!!!
Warning The Web version runs a bit slowly so we strongly recommend using a standalone executable for your system (if it's not there yet, we'll add it later).
When you start playing a game, you expect some basic things. To name a few, you at least want to have graphics and audio. 28Ti features puzzle-platformer gameplay that allows you to improve graphics and sound of the game as you progress through the levels.
The game revolves around existing objects that are not rendered until you have sufficient amount of graphics cards collected. As well as revealing more and more of the level contents to your eye, those cards also improve the quality of all textures and even affect the quality of the music.
28Ti is a level based puzzle-platformer game, which in our interpretation means that you need to solve problems, relying on your skills with the controls as well as how to use them in certain situations. Your memory is also important, as quite frequently you will be facing invisible (not rendered) obstacles in order to get to the next card. However, at the end of the level, when the exit portal appears, nothing on the level is hidden from you, so you can see the justifications of your (most likely) numerous deaths.
The game starts easy and over the course of three manually created levels builds up to rather extreme scales of difficulty. For the most determined people, after the ending titles there will be a bonus level, so don't "Alt+F4" when you reach that moment if you wish to challenge yourself!
Even if you ragequit mid-game and decide not to continue, let us know what you think of it (we expect much flaming towards our level designer anyway  ).
!The game does not have saves or a level selector, so don't close it if you wish to continue from where you left it!
// All textures, animation and visual effects as well as the music pieces were created by the team from scratch. The only used asset provided an abstract background. //

also, flame me for level design :P
Got stuck for a while on the second level for a while because I didn't think the jump at the bottom left was possible.
Then I had to start over after I got the last gpu of the final level because my xbox controller I have plugged in started messing up the movement and made it impossible to control. It was much easier the second time round.
Great entry. I really enjoyed playing it. Challenging but not too frustratingly difficult.
The html5 version was cut off at 980x600. I was able to use the web developer tools to resize the canvas to 1080x600 once I realised this.
Edit: the jittering started again on the bonus level and my controller is no longer plugged in, so no idea what could be causing it.
Thanks, everyone, for your reviews! We are going to polish the game further and expand it soon. Your comments are very helpful!
Ooh - managed to solve it by getting onto that platform again - I can continue!
Managed to trigger that platform bug a few more times but managed to resolve it. Interestingly triggering it on the final platform made me tiny. That was weird.
Anyway, great game.
A death counter would be a nice addition. It is good that you respawn quickly.
Also, you are amazing! Beating that bonus level is freaking hard. I commend on your patience and thank you for being so determined at beating it. You made me really happy tonight :)
Edit: we didn't know about the size changing bug. Going to look into it, thanks for letting us know.
