Really dug the drum mechanic with switching the platform visibility around. Initially I was taken aback by the odd collision that was implemented. It took me a while but I started to get why the collision was mean't to be a little wonky. To be fair though the collision system could've used a tad bit of tightening or have a bit more explanation about how to jump at the start. With that said though the heart in the beginning really did make me wonder if I could double jump and atleast put the idea of climbing stuff in my head. Which is really solid game design. Also the music and art are doing well too! The idea of playing with object collision as a platforming device is really interesting and will be lingering in my head for a while.

Really cool game and concept. Didn't manage to get far bu I think it is my fault. The music loop could be longer, after some minutes playing it becomes repetitive.
Nice entry

Gosh I'm terrible at your game but the concept is interesting. The music could be longer but the short bit we have is good. I really like the character's design :)

Thanks for the comments!
@pedro-miranda , @firebender Yeah, the music is too short, that’s all I could do in the allotted time, but next time it’ll probably come out better!

I liked the concept, but I found the platforming very difficult so could not progress very far which is a shame as I wanted to see what kind of instruments you unlocked.

I feel like the simplest improvement would have been to increase the jump height as I think that would make the platforming much nicer... or maybe I just need to get good ;)

The drum mechanic was really cool, with the switching of platforms! But it took a while to get used to (for me at least). I was close to rage quiting several times, but I managed to complete it. The boss was kind of wierd, not sure what I was doing/supposed to do. And the physics could have been a bit smoother, I felt like I was abusing a bug when I climbed a vertical platform. But still a very good game!

Cool concept! The platforming was hard to get used to at first but I think I got the hang of it. The character design was cute. Cool game!

@rillep Thanks for the feedback!
I'm so glad you got to the end! It's not really good-working in some moments, so it's normal, what you use "bug" and I understand your feelings about the boss)

Very difficult platformer due to there being no checkpoints. Got pretty salty about the yellow-green wall on the left side being untouchable if pink/red was off, which caused a death. Not quite sure how to beat the boss, but I eventually reached a blank background screen.. I guess that was the end? Good job!

Good idea to make a platformer with a color switch like a drum ! Interesting puzzle platformer, but there is many bugs of collisions to fix and the music loop is a bit repetitive, else the colored graphics are nice !

Others have already pointed out it's shortcomings but it's a good idea overall :)
Art has a nice feel to it as well, I bet with some more time you could make it looks fantastic

What a novel concept, I liked that it was kind of like a puzzle, trying to figure out what path you should take and when you should beat the drums. I also liked the visuals, they are very unique and gave the game a personality. Well done!
